I am a return customer because the service, product and price is great!

Such a good product! Good price, easy to carry and can be stored easily (even over winter) until needed. But mainly, it’s a really excellent compost and I use it for everything apart from seeds.

Love the ethics of this company the products are lovely the only reason for rating 4star was an expired date on the seeds that it transpires was on incorrectly.

Initially my order did not arrive as expected.
I emailed a couple of times and was getting worried, then Chris emailed and subsequently rang me to apologise for the delay.
The plants arrived promptly after the apology.
Would order again, he seemed a genuine person.

I used this coir compost last year and found it great. You will need a big enough container to mix it in (or break up the blocks to make a small er quantity). I have used it for young outdoor plants, more mature plants and house plants. I thought it was great so I bought some more this year.

I haven't had chance to open the pack yet, but I was very pleased with last year's results, so ...

Purchased some great coir compost that I have bought in previous years as well. I use it for seed sowing, modules, and container plants. All grow great, and I'll be buying it again in future years.

The quality of the plants was first class and the price was good. I have ordered twice from this site and the second order did take a little longer than the first to arrive but when it did it was of top quality.

It arrived promptly, and l approve of the sustainable cardboard packaging which fitted the contents exactly -no dead space!
Too soon to rate it for plant growth, but last year's was fine...

The website, ordering and ease of product handling were good. I have only deducted a star as I have not yet been able to assess how good the compost is, until plants grow.

Its a great product, nice to work with and gives great results with seeds and plants......but we have had to wait months for delivery on the two occasions we have bought.

Chris went out of his way to find Galanthus "Tilly" for me. The snowdrop arrived quickly, well packed and in excellent condition.

I was let down after requesting collection from a plant fair, my items were not brought to the fair. Arrangements were then made for delivery.
One set of the bulbs were omitted from my order, having been deemed to be virus ridden.

I first contacted Sustainable Plant Store by email to ask about a particular variety of snowdrop. I received a very helpful response from Chris giving details of price, quantity required and when to purchase.
When I actually bought the bulbs, they arrived quickly, were properly packed, and included a lovely little bonus of an extra bulb.🙏🏼 😀

I saw the advert for the Peter Seabrook seeds so thats how I found out about you. I was impressed by the website and the quickness of your delivery. Will certainly be using you again
