"The best!!! Professional, honest, trustworthy and they genuinely care about their clients. I wish I could give them 10 stars."

I have had several house survey reports in my lifetime and this one is by far the most comprehensive and useful. The report arrived within a few days and was an extensive document with photographs and detailed descriptions of issues and likely causes. This was a great reassurance as this is the first time I have bought a property overseas.

We wanted a survey on an apartment purchase in San Roque. Our agent suggested we use Survey Spain.
They responded very quickly to our enquiry, give clear options and their communication was first class.
From initial enquiry to survey being carried out was 4 days. Our 44 page report was issued 3 working days after the surveyor visited. The report was very detailed and we are using the information contained in it to get work carried out before purchase, which will save us a few thousand Euros.
I highly recommend this company.

5-star professional service by Survey Spain!

They have consistently provided informative prompt responses and a comprehensive building survey report that exceeded our expectations in terms of detail. I have no hesitation in recommending their services and will be commissioning Survey Spain again in due course!

I highly recommend their services as they demonstrate exceptional speed, efficiency, and responsiveness when addressing queries.

I used Survey Spain recently for a survey on a house I was buying in inland Andalucia. From the very first contact they were professional and highly responsive. They demonstrated the highest customer service values I have experienced as yet in Spain. The two surveyors were bilingual, took my advance questions into account and provided a detailed report with pictures and sensible recommendations. In addition the main office was both friendly and had great ideas and gave reassurance to me on a range of questions. I would thoroughly recommend the service and pre survey and after survey care. Thank you

Very thorough valuation (80 pages) when we needed an independent opinion. it was completed in very short time even though was around Easter time. Quickly Answered additional questions we had. Recommended!

From beginning to end communication with Survey Spain was excellent.

Their surveyor was very thorough, multi lingual and the report easy to understand.

I will use them again for sure in the future, if i have cause to need the services they provide.

The survey team were extremely helpful on two separate valuations that were required at short notice. Both cases were handled by Louise, Campbell and the team and the reports were detailed and accurate.

Great service.

Great communication and friendly service. Surveyspain was recommended by Real Estate brokers in Marbella and for good reason. They were quick and efficient and finished the report before other Surveyors even responded

From day one, we felt confident that we had found the right company to do inspections on our dream home in Spain. We worked with Louise, who was very professional and thorough in all her communications. The inspection itself was very detailed and helped us identify important issues that were brought up to the sellers. As a family that is moving from the U.S., doing inspections the way we're used to doing them was important to us. In Spain, inspections seem to be somewhat of an afterthought, and that concerned us. What everyone was telling us, including lawyers, was that in Spain 'you buy as is' and that didn't quite sit well with us. So, after being walked through the details and types of assessments that Survey Spain would include in their inspections, we felt a sense of relief that we were in good hands.

Thank you, Louise and Survey Spain for your attention to detail and professionalism.

5 star service

A very detailed which helped me negotiate a reduction in sale price of the property I purchased. Also thank for working the weekend to meet our deadline. Highly recommended.

My experience with Survey Spain surpassed my expectations. The customer service was efficient, professional and friendly. The survey was extremely thorough and honest. I recommend them highly and plan to use their services again in the near future.

Fast, efficient and well worth the money. The report definitely put my mind at ease and made some very useful suggestiins for some improvements.

I definitely recommend

A very comprehensive report providing a lot of information which is very useful, in particular I liked the comment at the end which gave the assessors own opinion of changes they would make to the layout if they were buying the property.
I have gone back with some queries earlier today and await a response, but if the report is anything to go by, they will be able to answer my queries quite easily

We had a great experience with these guys - they were responsive to our initial request for a survey and, upon payment, scheduled the survey within a day or so.

The report itself was sufficient for our purposes and as described. We had initial findings within a day of the survey and the full report within 7 days and was comprehensive.

We needed an English-speaking surveyor and these guys were able to deliver a full English report with English support afterwards - invaluable for someone who is poor in Spanish!

Absolutely satisfied and will use SurveySpain for our future work, as needed. Highly Recommended!

Our experience working with Survey Spain was excellent. The report generated of the property we were interested in was done within the promised time and the information in it was thorough and invaluable. This is a highly professional company working solely for the interest of its clients. If Spain is your favorite destination for acquiring a property, hiring Survey Spain will give you the needed peace of mind.

Survey Spain helped us through the process of buying our first property in Spain. No problem was too much trouble and they gave us excellent advice and a first rate service throughout. They are a must use if you are British and buying in Spain.

We're in the process of buying a property at a distance and when we learnt that the current owner was at the property, when we contacted Survey Spain to see if it was possible to arrange a survey, they responded really quickly and had arranged the survey within a couple of days and the surveyor (who the seller said was very professional and thorough) was there practically the next day. A quick outline report arrived less than two days later and the final, very detailed, report arrived around a week later. Would very happily use their service again.

Great communication and the survey was arranged very quickly. Flash report received on time, followed by a very comprehensive one. This has given me much peace of mind and allowed me to exchange contracts. Highly recommended.
