There is no guarantee the flowers will be delivered. This should be made clear when ordering. I sent flowers to a friend whose mother died. They were not delivered, instead sent to a DHL depot. I was informed she could collect them herself. Completely unacceptable under the circumstances. No customer service during weekends.

I ordered to my mother two bouquets and they was very disappointing. Not fresh at all and one of them was not that flowers which I ordered.

This was my first time ordering and I am so impressed with he quality and size of the roses. I ordered 100 blue roses they where amazing and loved by my sister who received them as a gift. I would highly recommend and will definitely be ordering from here again for future occasions.

Very disappointing - I wanted to sendt some nice Christmas bouquets to both my mum and dad -they don't live together anymore, in the Netherlands but what they got, didn't at all look like some Christmas bouquet.

The Netherlands are so famous for their flowers - but these were not a all worth the money.

The Christmas bouquets they are making in Denmark (with dutch flowers) are about the same price but much much nicer.

Sad but true.

I use this service for my special lady in Germany, while I live in the US. And with all of the times I have sent flowers to her, I have NEVER had any problems with the delivery, the flowers, and the service overall. She loves them every time I send them, and they are always fresh and colorful. Also, I love the selection of colors of the various bouquets. I would recommend them to ANYONE.

I’ve used this service three times. Previously everything was fine, but this time I was a bit disappointed.
I ordered 29 Red Bentley roses (70 cm) for an anniversary.

The first issue was that the video wouldn’t fully load, it only played the first 5 seconds and kept lagging.
The second issue, which I’m quite sure was due to delivery, was that some of the outer roses were damaged, as if the package had been thrown around. As a result, a few of the roses wilted. Water and other care didn’t help, so I had to throw them away.

Overall, though, the service generally works quite well, hope that it was one time issue.
