They instruct their teams to hassle and harass with phone calls on blocked numbers after submitting an enquiry instead of just emailing. I have ignored almost 15 calls over 3 days and finally reported to ICO for abusing personal data and harassment. Don’t bother asking for a quote from these lot online unless you want your phone to become a living nightmare of interruption. Disgusting business practice - will never go through them and I hope they face consequences

Edit to say I received ANOTHER phonecall today and asked them to stop calling me and the employee on the other side said “then stop enquiring” ?! I submitted ONE enquiry and then received 15 phone calls over three days over ONE enquiry and it’s ME that should stop? They’ve lost the plot…

We had our windows, door and patio door done week of 2 December 2024 by Tim and Steve. Very professional team. Worked really hard, to get everything just perfect for us . We are so pleased with the finish . Thankyou Tim and Steve

Recently had 8 windows and a front door fitted by Alan. He was very professional, helpful and friendly. Went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything. He rewired my ring doorbell for me and made sure it worked before leaving.
A few hiccups along the way but they were sorted no problem.

Shaun and his team did an fantastic install at our place, really happy with the outcome and their professionalsm.

SEAN THOMAS did a fantastic job installing our six windows and a garage door he was so polite friendly and extremely tidy could not recommend him and SURESEAL highly enough

Sureseal is in fact Safestyle. They probably set up as a different name due to poor reviews and many complaints. Needless to say that the selling techniques have stayed the same, ie:
1. we use better plastic
2. we use better glass
3. we made to measure and local tradesmen buy standard windows from shops and fill gaps with expanding foam
4. we offer better warranty
5. etc, etc.
Windows are overpriced and sales people are actually rude and lying through their teeth,

Their website claims to be a comparison site, but actually only put you in touch with Safestyle. Obviously safestyle under a different name and not a comparison site at all, so ended up calling round the competition anyway.

Nuisance calls using undisclosed telephone number. I think they purposely do this so you can't forward the number to Ofcom. Clearly dodgy, wouldn't touch them.

Following an online enquiry at sureseal.co.uk, an appointment was made for 8pm that day. 7.45pm arrived and the phone rang to say their agent had been held up at an earlier appointment and couldn’t come that night but they would let us have the window at cost price for the inconvenience and made an appointment the following day at 2pm. At 8pm (the original appointment time), the doorbell rang and it was their agent - who knew nothing about the phone call we had cancelling his appointment. The window was measured 820mmx650mm and he pressed some buttons on his tablet, made 3 phone calls and still couldn’t give us a quote so he would ring at 2pm the following afternoon and let us know how much. No call at 2pm but at 4pm someone rang to ask if we had any questions or if we had decided to go ahead with our quote. I told him we hadn’t had a quote and he said of course we had been left a quote, they always left a quote.... eventually he said he had found our quote online and did we realise that we would need scaffolding? When I replied that it was a ground floor window his reply was that it would be a minimum of £650, I declined the offer and he just put the phone down on me. DO NOT use this company, they are as much use as a chocolate colander. A bunch of rude, offensive and ignorant cowboys.
