Too bad I've seen the Trustpilot reviews after purchasing the t-shirt.
It has manufacturing defect which makes the product unsatisfactory and unsuitable for proper use.
No response for my return request from the email account "contact@", and the one on the recipe "info@" doesn't even exist.

payed, not delivered, no replies on emails or messages, this site should be banned! SCAM!

I ordered a red Summer dress size 16 from this company !!!! It wasn't until I checked my online banking that I discovered they had over charged me by five pounds .I complained and got my money back . Then the wait began ..1 week then two weeks then three by week two I realised they were not operating in the UK at all. ..when I raised my concerns they just said oh don't worry it can be a bit slow we realise your frustration. I told them they were conning people out of their cash 💸 I contacted my bank and put in a dispute claim and within just two hours I got my money back in full .I highly recommend everyone does the same those who do online banking and for those who don't contact your bank ASAP and get fully refunded.

I wish i had read these reviews before purchasing my extra large cave dog bed, its absolute rubbish. you would have to ,lift the top part up for the dog to climb in its so flimsy. They took £5 extra from my credit card than what the invoice was. I will be getting on to bank to get a refund. If i cant get thru to customer services to return this useless dog bed

Scam artists.
Customer support non existent and a patronising reply after ordering and paying for a LARGE dog bed to receive a dog bed to fit a small terrier or chihuahua.
Please AVOID at all costs.

I have never in my life dealt with such a dreadful company.
I Paid over £50 even though my bill was less. The items I received were not true to size and made of cheap materials.
After many attempts messaging customer services asking how to return items they keep coming back with ridiculous replies, like I’m so sorry please forgive me, or have a happy life!!
I just want to return the goods and have a full refund!!😡
Im now claiming money back from credit card and informing trading standards uk.
They are total scammers!!!

BAD SERVICE. Emailed several messages no relies. I won't to return. Sizing is incorrect. Poor quality. Threads hanging everywhere. Won't be using these people anymore

It seems after reading some of the reviews below I am not the only one experiencing this problem. Placed an order 28 September 2023 and have not heard anything from the company. Multiple emails have been ignored. Do not order from this company!

I bought a hat online over two months ago and have never received it. I have emailed them and have gotten no response. this place doesn't seem to care, probably just pocketing everybody's hard earned money. I am so disappointed in this company. I know a lot of people in the industry and I will make sure to let everyone know that Support good times company is nothing but thieves and liars....Or maybe just plain lazy. but there is no excuse for stealing peoples money.

If I could give negative stars I would. Ordered a hoodie and 3 patches Only hoodie showed up and patches weren’t there. Paid for them and I honestly don’t expect to ever see it let alone my money back.. perhaps it’s a scam. Tried reaching out via email, and instagram. Zero customer service.. either that or they’re just ignoring people. DO NOT ORDER from them. Spend money with a company that cares about their customers. This companies customer service is an absolute joke.

First item has not shown up, second item was never recognized as purchased so I don't expect to ever see it. Should have known it was a scam.

Products seem okay but absolutely no response, the worst customer service ever and no excuses, they left me on read so they saw it and just chose not to reply, I'm not supporting this brand.

Great products. Terrible costumer service. Or should I say, non-existent costumer service. I've mailed them four times, messaged them on Instagram and left a comment on one of their posts; no response.
