I order on the third of July and paid for over night priority mail. It is the 6th and I have not even received tracking number yet. Called during business hours only to be sent to voice mail.

Excellent service and fast shipping. When I had to purchase an expensive tool I was hopeful that nothing would go wrong with the order. I was emailed back within 24hrs with the tracking and it arrived a couple of days later. I would recommend this business as I have had a great shopping experience.

Buyer beware!!!! I called Supply Stop to ask them to help match an outdoor lantern that I bought to a pole that I needed - the gentleman who helped me was very patient and looked through his inventory and made a suggestion of a black one (the lantern was a dark bronze) from the same
Brand. I was concerned it would not match and he assured me I could return it if it didn’t match - it didn’t match - when I requested a return through their system (that clearly accepts returns) I was told I would have to pay for the return … it is an oversized long heavy box and for a consumer without a shipping account it would be extremely expensive - considering it does not indicate for returns the return shipping costs are on the buyer ANYWHERE on their website and a salesperson literally never provided that additional info I replied I needed more assistance because this was not what I was told. I am still awaiting an answer and considering contacting my credit card for intervention. A 10% restocking fee would be customary in these cases at the most (despite most reputable online merchants providing free returns these days) but this is too hard - I hate shopping Amazon and prefer to support smaller companies but this company was misleading and not above board with their policies !!!!

After a week I cannot contact them . I have sent a follow up email, called the phone number multiple times with not return call. Awful customer service. I will be contacting my credit card company to lodge a dispute.

after a week my order has not even shipped, they don't answer the phone or respond to emails, but they sure do send a lot of emails! Flooding my inbox, if they spent as much time fulfilling orders as they do sending unwanted emails, they would be great.

I found this place to get a bathroom fan. Great price and fast shipping with confirmation number. I highly recommend this place! I had no issues as my item came boxed and in new condition.
