Fantastic Products At Competitive Prices, With Great Service
The Quality of these 20mm mats are top notch, and combined with the very competitive pricing makes them a no brainer. Solid easy to cut with a Stanley knife and being 1m x1m rather than the alternative 600mm ones elsewhere these are fantastic. I also must commend Michael, who kept me up to date when they would be dispatched. And who rectified an issue (purely down to the courier company’s error) A well run business with quality products at competitive prices. Highly recommend and will continue to use.

Excellent customer service and quality products
Excellent and fast response to customer service queries even when I made a mistake with my order on a Sunday they responded and helped me to resolve it straight away. Item was on pre order which was a little later than anticipated but again excellent response when I asked about delivery date and once received was shipped immediately . Dumbbells and rack that were ordered are excellent quality will be my go to store for any further gym equipment

"I recently purchased a set of dumbbells with rubber weights and metal handles, ranging from 1kg to 10kg. They came with a V-shaped tree frame. I bought them to familiarize my grandchildren with using dumbbells, and they have found them very useful. My grandchildren, aged between 5 and 11, now pick up the lightweight dumbbells every day before school and in the evening to do little exercises in front of the mirror. The set is compact and well-organized in a sturdy frame. I am very happy with this purchase and highly recommend it."

You selected "6 Pair Rack only" option and this is what was sent out to you.
I responded to your queries within minutes on both Saturday and Sunday mornings and as I explained you did not order a "6 pair Dumbbell set with Rack" (£329) you selected and paid for "6 pair Rack only" (£69). When you select the "6 Pair Rack Only" option button a photograph of the rack only appears. I sent screenshots showing you this. I also sent you a screenshot of your order confirmation which also stated "6 pair rack only"
I understand this must be disappointing for you, but it's your mistake, which means this review is unfair and untrue.
Customer service is of the utmost importance to us, which is reflected in the 5-star rating we have worked so hard to achieve and it is disappointing that someone wants to try and ruin our rating score by being untruthful and not owning their own mistakes.
