Carrier Complaint. Parcel still not received by 5th January. Very disappointing. I have had to go and buy replacement parts elsewhere.
No complaints with Superspares other than their choice of delivery services. Two parcels dispatched on the same day and time from them, one with Aust Post, the other with Aramex. Aust Post delivered on time and easily tracked. Still waiting on the parcel through Aramex a week later and their tracking has not updated since the first day. I am urgently waiting on this parcel and Aramex are not helpful. I will only reorder parts if assured Aust Post is the carrier.

Trying to sell items that don't exist. Only list what is actually in stock
Only list what is actually in stock. The item I bought on your website didn't exist. Then I had to compromise with another item two days after finding out you didn't have my original order. Then you send it on the worst freight company in Aramex Australia.

I feel like it took you a long time to advise me it couldn't be shipped to my address, I would think you should be able to tell straight away, its your business. We arranged to collect it from your warehouse that day when told, Those days then add even more days when you need to book in installation etc.

Stuffed around for over a week then charged extra for parts because failure of their website giving misinformation on parts that fit was told I would be reimbursed still hasn't happened then still be given wrong parts and missing parts from my order 10 days from when I first ordered them poor website not working most of the time properly wrong parts and information given out you can not see which warehouse parts are located in before buying very slow delivery Allied Auto online website and business runs circular around superspares in how they operate I am truly disappointed with this behaviour in a business
