Before i input my number into the superprof website, i would recieve maybe 3 to 4 spam calls a month. After inputting my number into their site i have recieved 37 spam calls in a 2 day period. Please avoid inputing a number you actually care about

If there was an option of choosing no stars, I would choose it. They legally steal customers money by getting you to pay a once off subscription and in the fine print, if you dont unsubscribe in 30 days, it automatically renews and money gets deducted from your account. The tutor didn't even bother to reply only days later and by this time, I made alternate arrangements.
They claim to be an efficient online platform with only online customer service. However, they only respond to emails in standard 8-5 business hours and they dont have a simple chatbot to provide 24/7 customer support l. DO NOT sign up. Biggest mistake. Hope this review helps. tx

It is an absolute scam.

I booked a tutor online, and for what I thought was a one time session and payment, but hidden in the fine print is a monthly subscription that they do not tell you about.
Do not use this platform ever.
