Still waiting on my order, over a week later than they stated. And there not answering my emails either.there a fraud company and every "good" review on here is fake and placed by them

Very good product but company needs to have a contact number for customers when they have issues and not rely on emails.

My product took a week to arrive.

Lovely gift delivered on time with no problems. Easy to order and no hassle at all. A little overpriced for what it was, but it was really lovely and I'm pleased I bought it.

I am not sure what is up with all the negative reviews, because of them I nearly cancelled my order, but I am glad I didn't and gave them a go.

I ordered my keyring on a Monday and it arrived 3 days later on Thursday in good time for mother's day.

It looks good and seems to be of good quality. The only complaint my wife gave it, was that it is little big for her liking, but that has not stopped her from using it.

As other reviews state, they outright lie on their website about delivery times. I didn’t even receive my product. When I stated I was therefore entitled to a refund they just ignored my emails for a week until I got PayPal involved then magically refunded me.

Order a gift for a leaving present, email says you will receive in 24-72 hours which turns out to actually mean 7-10 working days and day 14, still no item. Honestly don't waste your money on them.

Communication is slow and poor.
They used MyHermes to deliver who apparently delivered the item through the letterbox , good trick that getting a mug through a letterbox !
Suffice to say I haven't got what I've paid for and Supermug don't want to respond to e-mails or sort it out.
Cheers for that ruined a leaving gift.
I would avoid there's more reliable companies out there

Took over 3 weeks to get, requested it get cancelled because the birthday was gone... But they sent them anyway. Poor service, terribly customer service, was told I should give them 10 days to deliver, yet when I bought them it said to expect them between 48 to 72 hrs. Don't buy from this site.

The delivery information on the order was misleading. The item was delivered 5 days after the confirmation stated. I asked for a refund and was ignored

Awful service. I didn’t receive parcel at all! After over a week and lots and lots of emails they finally refunded me! I won’t use super mug again though

Ordered a mug on the 11th. Delivery started 14th/15th. When contacting them they told me that it was dispatched "fast and promptly" still no item so I emailed again and was told they needed to check my address which was correct and they would contact courier, still no item so emailed again for another update. Now getting no response, so I raised a claim with PayPal for a refund. Now the 20th and I received and email stating it was now being sent for delivery. 9 days after ordering and 6 days after original expected delivery which I paid £3.95 for.

Absolutely appalled and cannot stand being lied to. If there was a stock issue I could understand. But to tell me it's been sent promptly and then getting an email 6 days later saying it was just being dispatched is pathetic!!!!

Buyer beware find somewhere else to order yoyr gifts from. Will never be ordering from here again!!!!!!
