I subscribed for $7. Paid for promo upgrades ($19.95 & $7.99)to create an R & B video for a single track. Came ready to create with a prompt that defined the project and conveyed assets, lyrics, storyboard, artist and model gallery, mood, music in MP4, and runtime. Was not able to upload these until the system completed its generation of the production plan [not the video requested], and the disclaimer stating that it does not create videos. Blatant False Advertisement. Next, the tool prompted me that I'd gone over my $2 intro production credit limit. An additional $41.80 was due to access the production plan. Once my assets were uploaded, I was charged an additional $6.20 for edits. I feel duped, but I have bought a lesson I will not soon forget. All AI is not equal... nor truthful.

My experience with Supercool went from a high-pressure sales process to a complete operational dead end. Which dropped my rating from 3 initial stars to 2 by the time I posted.
Onboarding: The signup was an aggressive push for hundreds of dollars in upsells. When I attended the onboarding seminar to find technical answers, I found 55 minutes of generic hype. When I asked about credit limits and specific use cases, I was immediately ejected from the meeting.
The Credit Trap: I tried using the service for a professional storyboard. While the image quality is objectively high, the credit system is broken for iterative work. I burned an entire month’s credits to get just one usable page. USABLE not SATISFACTORY
The Utility Gap: Because every tweak costs more credits, there is no room for the prompt-refining or angle adjustments required for storyboarding. I had to rely on heavy cropping just to make the few images I could afford "usable."
Verdict: If you need a tool for precise, professional projects, the "pay-per-prompt" model here is a financial nightmare compared to other AI services. Great pixels, but zero value for a working pro.

Exercise extreme caution! After upgrading, I was charged $99.99 for the Pro Plan, yet my account dashboard still reflects the $49.99 Starter Plan. Over 96 hours have elapsed since I reported this issue, and I have yet to receive any response. The promised 30,000 credits have not been applied with the upgrade. The AI platform is failing to complete my presentation project, even though I have sufficient credits for the minor details. Given the amount they charge, this service is far from justifiable! If you invest your money, it should deliver value! Beware of the lack of customer service!

I tried creating a book from the small idea, but it did it with its own creativity, and the end product was very much appreciated to whom I shared. It also changed the images as per my linking perfectly. I have tried some other projects, but ran into hiccups with the credits and once it went into hallucinations. But I hope the company learns from such and make their product more alerted. Customer service usually responds in 2-3 days but it could be very late sometimes was my experience. So I did not choose 5 stars.

This platform is very expensive and poorly suited to startups or individuals with limited budgets.

The initial subscription gives the impression of a professional, fully featured AI service, but once you’re inside, almost every page pushes additional paid packages or upgrades. This is not made clear at the outset.

The overall experience feels less like a complete platform and more like a constant upsell funnel. While the marketing makes it look polished and promising, in practice it seems primarily designed to extract additional payments rather than deliver accessible value.

If you’re a small business or early-stage project, be very cautious before subscribing.

I've been using Supercool.ai this week to create code to input into Famous.ai, write a book, write a financial report, come up with ideas for ads, write copy and give me a marketing plan. Bloody amazing! Supercool.ai is really super cool!!! Love it!

Mindblowing and yet so simple, Supercool.ai is able to quickly convert your written prompts and wild ideas and then produce a vast array of products and ideas from logos to add campaigns to financial reports to film budgets and then it tailors it to the vibe you seek. It does actually live up to its name and gets you think think outside the box, which is pretty cool too.
