If you have a grow hydro box that locks DON"T loose the keys!!! I still don't have a replacement been try to get for almost a month now, I keep going NOWHERE with customer service UGH.......

Customer service? Waiting until it's out for delivery to tell me a signature is required isn't customer service. Using a delivery vendor that doesn't show up when they say isn't customer service. Waiting days for a response isn't customer service. I don't know if there product is junk or not, it's sitting back in their warehouse, and I've been waiting over 2 weeks for a response back. Maybe they call that customer service where they're from, but I think most people call it something else.

Overall my experience started off great. The packaging and delivery were high quality. Setup directions for the cabinet were easy to follow and execute. The cabinet, carbon cans, light, and circulation fan are as advertised except the following exception. With the light on, light leaks out of the cabinet around the doors. Door seal could be upgraded in quality and function so the cabinet could truly be stealth.
Now to my grievance, the controller! The web page says “you can now manage your growing system via your smart phone or tablet.” When I downloaded the smart plug app, I was forced to make an in app purchase to get functionality. Desiring the ability to manage my system, I paid the fee. I then tried to connect the smart plug to the app via bluetooth. After multiple attempts across two days. I requested a refund for the in app purchase, deleted the useless app, and abandoned the idea of remote grow system management.

Complete grow system was easy to setup and has been working out perfectly.

Support/Grow support has also been timely and responsive. I'm shocked they haven't stopped replying with the amount of questions I've sent over. Thanks for all the help Matt!

These folks provide a complete, turnkey setup. All you need to provide are tomato seeds or seedlings, water, and time, and you have gravy for every bout of 3am munchies you'll ever have.

My Closet looks wonderful. It's well built, sturdy, and, depending on how you accessorize, can hide in plain sight.

The filter has a decent hum to it, so I currently have an old monitor and keyboard on top and even more cords behind it. A nice little floor runner is draped over it, hiding the handle. It's a Linux server running blah blah blah if anyone asks.

Discreet and so much easier than putting your own thing together, yet not significantly more pricey. Definitely an investment, but a safe one with guaranteed returns.

Customer service, resources, and education are top-notch, too.

If you live in a state that hates tomatoes and its residents, the Supercloset might be perfect for you. It is for me.

What a well built system. Yes they are a bit pricy however you get what you pay for and this unit is worth every penny you pay for it.
The system works great just set it up as directed and no problems.
The customer service is gold class and communication is very good.. My hat is off to Matt Price for his outstanding service and growing directions. My first grow in their cabinet is about 4 weeks old and looking beautiful. There are many grow cabinets out there but none compare to the Supercloset. I intend to purchase a larger system in the near future.

Customer service was fast to call back next day after I left a message. They were eager to help and also having expert grow knowledge.

I ordered the kit for my family member. I just arrived to their house today to help set up and found missing parts…Absolutely no carbon filter or fan for the filter, just a gaping hole where it should be. Also no plastic elbows for the wiring in the back. The magnetic siding was crumpled as well. What a terrible experience for such a pricey product. Hopefully they can make it right.

Great equipment that produces a quality product!

These guys really put together a great all-in-one grow set up. It was super easy to set up (took my wife and I about 2hrs start to finish). The Kind LED x420 light that came with my 2x4 Gorilla Grew tent is incredible. I also bought a second veg bar x40 that's doing great work with my younger plants. My first harvest was fire! Highly recommend these guys!

Great customer service. Phone reps were easy to get a hold of and were knowledgeable. Overall, I feel supported by buying and using products from SuperCloset.

Met all my expectations, delivery and all products arrived without issue.

It’s a really good setup for growing plants ext. The only thing I see that would need improvement to top the competition. Would be to make the tent less penetrable. I see little dots of light throughout both tents from the outside after I set them up. Other than that it would have been 5 stars for me.

We got a SuperClosets cabinet with 8 pots for soil. We absolutely love it!! The light is amazing, the sleek look, it locks and best of all setup was SO easy.
We love our system.
Our plants are thriving.
