The employee blames the buyer for the late shipment. I was told to be patient because the product was in a different warehouse and needed time to be transported to the correct location.The buyer has no knowledge of this. There's also no information on the website that the shipment requires a longer delivery time.

Parcel was 6 days late, argued with me and told me I should have let them know i wanted it sooner even tho i paid for 48 hour delivery. They gave 3 contradicting answers on why it was so late. They were also extremely rude throughout the emails. I bought the item elsewhere and asked to return they told me im over reacting. Got a chargeback from bank and reported to trading standards. Please avoid!!!

I received products in a week.
