The table was delivered before expected. The phone call made after it was dispatched from CH Office to Main Freight advising it may be late due to shipping or ferry issues across the Cook Strait before delivery to Parua Bay (Whangarei), and the advice re setting the table up was appreciated. The tracking info was good as well.

Detail on Website is outstanding
You are THE ONLY company that puts the distance between bolt holes (Basketball hoop). So when trying to line up a replacement hoop for existing backboard I was running blind......and ordering things at a guess (2 fails so far), until I came across your website. THANK YOU for including DETAILS. 5 stars. 100% recommend.

You told me that it would take 3 or 4 days to deliver to Auckland. Up to now it has taken 11 days, but I still have not received the table. Here I'd like to ask you when I will receive the table.

The basketball system was purchased and left the next working day. Unfortunately uncontrollable issues in the freight network due to weather and ferry outages have caused delays for which we apologise but are beyond our control. We have assisted with tracking via email and have been in contact with the freight provider providing updates to the customer as available.
