Great product and service. The hoop is exactly what we were after.

Great service & communication from these guys, asked if this trampoline would make it down to Dunedin in time for our girl's birthday present & they rang Mainfright to make sure it would, had to follow up with Mainfright & managed to get it delivered the morning of her birthday, That's about as good as it gets unfortunately. The product itself was pretty average, 1st off when we opened the trampoline the box had the wrong instructions & was also missing the ladder to it, We rang the company & they sent the instructions by email, & said they would send the ladder & a free netball for the Inconvenience. Which we thought was a nice gesture. Upon put this trampoline together we got to a couple of the legs where the holes have been drilled for the frame to click into were drilled on the wrong side & this was the same for a couple of the bolts, the whole trampoline had to be reinforced to make it alot more stable before we'd let our girl get on. After a quick trip down to Bunnings to get some metal tech screws, she was good to go. When the ladder did arrive it lasted for 1 trip up it but not to come down, the legs where it attaches to the trampoline broke looked like something from a cheap dollar shop, quite dangerous but luckily we were watching at the time. On the upside if you want a cheap trampoline, you have some handyman skills & want a sh#t load of spare springs then this is not a bad trampoline for the price you will pay for it.

The basketball hoop I ordered arrived quickly, well wrapped, and looks to be good quality and value.

A possible improvement for Supasport's process would be the automatic emailing of GST receipts as I had to email asking for one (which was promptly supplied)

have brought 2 of their hoops and they are solid and great hoops.

I called to ask about the basketball hoop I was interested in purchasing. The Staff member who answered the phone was friendly and was able to answer all my questions. I then ordered online and shipping was prompt (less than 2 weeks from South Island to north island through mainfreight). Basketball hoop is of excellent quality. Required professionals to concrete the base in but we were able to assemble the actual hoop and install the rest ourselves. All in all great service.
