Absolutely gutted that we've just received a load of fake Needohs. I thought this store only sold genuine products and was so excited for these as gifts for my daughters friends. These are Absolutely 100% fake. Wrong outer box, inner packaging and defects on the actual Needohs themselves. I would not purchase these unless you're happy with fake items.

Over the last year I've placed three orders and all three experiences have not been good. Odd Items out of stock I can understand but orders cancelled due to nothing being in stock is ridiculous. The only way you know is that you get an email telling you of a refund, usually a couple of weeks after you place the order.

Not one of my orders have I had a confirmation/thanks for your order email.

I must remember never to use this company again. Been let down too many times. Waiting on items I need urgently and unsure whether to buy them elsewhere or will they actually turn up this time?.... I doubt it.

Looks like they have changed. I used them several times. This time it has been a nightmare. First 3 week delay, then an email yo say the parcel had been returned. So as I am now away for weeks. I took the refund route. I was awoken at 4 am to someone trying to make delivery in the U.K.

Taking your money for orders that never turn up, no contact details that work, supamart used to be great not anymore, will never use them again nothing but excuses and lies

I have Used Supamart regularly and have had nothing but professional service, last order made still not arrived, have been told in two different messages under new management then the parcel was returned to them, do not appreciate being lied to, will no longer use this company

So far 3 weeks no order and no response to emails chasing dispatch

th eproducts were good well known and price was fab also for the larger sizes well woth a loo i recommend but dont over spenfd ha sprices and goods are great

Absolute excellent service I received my delivery and I had a wrong product they were very apologetic and refunded me straight away
The delivery was extremely quick I will definitely be ordering from them again

Kifra is lovely smell is gorgeous, my order arrived quickly and was well packaged, all the Spanish cleaning stuff is great , won’t hesitate to use Supamart again

I’ve only just started shopping at Supermart. I was looking for a decent sized box of Ariel Colour powder and I found the real deal! The price was amazing and the service is brilliant including very prompt delivery. The communication was excellent throughout the sale and I have no hesitation in recommending Supermart to new buyers. Also, the range of products they sell is very impressive, I have just placed a second order for some other bits!
I will continue to follow Supermart website, there are new products arriving all the time.and they keep me updated which is nice 😊

Purchased Kifra laundry perfumes variety of fragrances, I dilute this add to my conditioning wash and spray clothes when dry never had so many compliments on the fragrance of my clothes it is amazing.
Purchased Dubai Air Fresheners these are well worth the money and the odour really lasts.
Delivery took a day or two longer than bigger companies but I was prepared to wait as competitive pricing and supporting small company are important to me.

Great value for the original MilkyBar white chocolate 90g sharing bars in the 20 bar box with a fast delivery service. I will definitely be ordering from the Supamart website again.
