Dear Mr. Foster
We appreciate you taking the time to send us your feedback on your recent stay at the Cinco Plaza Apartments and we were of course disappointed to read your comments concerning the Reception staff employed here. Please be assured that your comments will be forwarded to the relevant persons at this hotel requesting that all necessary corrective action is taken with regard to the service provided at the Reception Desk. Otherwise we hope that you had an enjoyable holiday.
