Didn’t feel the check-up was as thorough as it has been in the past and it was rushed to try and up-sell at the end. Dentist more interested in selling cosmetics than basic dental care.

Another bad experience so after I confronted them with my issues I also told patients to view the trust pilot reviews. I received a letter from the practice manager becky telling me to seek other services. Becky can I just say be careful what you write in a letter ??? . Well can I say I have gone private to another dentist they are in the process of reviewing all the work you have done .they are also correcting all your faults . I am now in the process of instructing solicitors to take action against the practice also becky .also have reported the practice to private and nhs for patient negligence. Every review I write is true . I would urge anyone to read all the reviews on this practice.just to follow up your comments considering I’ve mostly attended the surgery with my partner , I have never made any threats to members of staff considering you have cctv I would like to see this ?? . Yes I have told people to view trust pilot reviews everyone has that right . It’s on social media to view anyway ? . I am in the process of making complaint regarding this practice through proper channels. See you in court .

I was greeted by the receptionists with a smile! The appointment was on time and the dentist was very efficient, professional and kind! The problem was solved. No complaints.

The hygienist was very kind and considerate and gave me some very useful advice on how to clean my teeth, including the need to set the toothbrush to 45 degrees as well as vertical. Also, to swill my mouth after every drink and after everything I eat. This could double the time my teeth last!

The dentist was so helpful and dealt with my problem with great care and kindness.
I'm a nervous patient and she made me feel at ease.

My hygienist listened when I said I wanted my clean the old fashioned way and not with the ultrasonic thingy. She was thorough and gentle

Absolutely awesome ladies, completely professional and super nice. I couldn't believe my eyes/ears when I even got a warm welcome & goodbye from Paige! Must be incredibly stressful dealing with people/phones non stop so it's nice to feel like I'm not that pain in the ass NHS patient! Reception deserves raise!

The reception, explanation about the treatment and even the awkward task of drilling and filling top back teeth was done well. The only unwelcome happening was the breakdown of the suction equipment and the prospect of having to have temporary fillings and another appointment. Fortunately after a lengthy wait power was restored and the work was completed.

First off, I’m so glad to have come across Sunningdale dental. I’ve truly not been taken such good care of at a dental practice before!

So initially I came in for an invasalign consultation which was super seamless and full of information. After this I had a check up to discover I needed multiply fillings. My fillings were booked in very quickly and I was seen the next week by Catherine. Catherine’s aura was very calming and she explained everything in detail. The best part was the reassurance as I was extremely nervous due to have a horrific experience elsewhere (she wasn’t aware of my previous trauma but was incredibly kind throughout regardless). Although it was a very long appointment I could tell she was doing everything to the best of her ability and not just trying to get it done quickly!

I’m now fully prepped for my Invisalign journey and I am very excited.
10000/10 service. Would recommend everyone I know to come here!

Having not had an extraction for many years,I was a little worried about having one now.I need not have worried dental surgeon Omesh and his assistant were brilliant,totally professional,I could not believe the tooth was out in such a short time and pain free.First class patient care.
