Experience was great
Experience was great. Was not planning to buy the product just stumbled across it. Sales person was amazing, very good customer service. They were polite and very friendly, which made the experience a lot better. Product is amazing smells good, lasts a long time and people like random strangers, family and friends always compliment my smell. It’s a bit expensive but you get what you paid for.

Many Disappointments
I have used Sunnamusk for a long time and have been pleased with my purchases. The reason for the 3 stars is because no matter how many times I give the assistant my email address, I am never contacted about any offers, new products or updates. I have referred many friends to this company and am disappointed at their lack of contact. My other disappointment is that in the past I used to get vouchers when I spent over a certain amount but each time I try to use the vouchers I am confronted with one excuse after another as to why they cannot be accepted. This is not the way to treat loyal customers. I now cannot buy the larger bottles and am forced to purchase the small ones only.

I bought the golden dust perfume oil
I bought the golden dust perfume oil. Very disappointed. The sample they put on my wrist smelt lovley and lasted ages, however the bottle I purchased had very little fragrance and didn't even last after an hour. Would definitely avoid in the future.
