We're a family-run online retailer specializing in home saunas, including infrared saunas and traditional steam sauna models from top brands like Golden Designs, Dynamic Saunas, and Sunray. Our range also features barrel saunas from Dundalk LeisureCraft and SaunaLife, cold plunges from Dundalk and Golden Designs, and sauna heaters from HUUM, Finlandia, Harvia, and others. Delivery and communication were good, but...

Delivery was fine and timely. Communication from the seller was good too. Problem was with the sauna itself. The directions for the electric requirements were not accurate in the manual. The manual and website conflicted too. The other BIG problem was some of the metal brackets that attach the wall panels together were installed upside down. Assembly is nearly impossible unless you figure this out and switch them. The walls are unstable near the roof. Might be fixable with some aftermarket hardware. Once (finally) assembled the sauna looks great and heats well so far.

The sauna was easy to install

The sauna was easy to install. My husband and I did it very quickly. I have only used it once and it seems to work very well.

One small detail that would make it even better is the bench should be raised up a bit. The majority of the heat rises and it would be better to be sitting higher up.

I am Finnish and I have taken steam baths my entire life. This definitely works great and I recommend.

Grateful for my purchase...

Sunflare was very responsive to questions. Delivery within promised time. Set up relatively easy if you follow the online video instructions. Works like a charm. Am grateful for my purchase. Great investment in my health!

Love our new sauna and had a good experience purchasing through Sunflare. DJ was very responsive throughout the process, answering any questions I had and keeping me up to date with the order progress.

Easy transaction and when I had a…

Easy transaction and when I had a question on wood species used for construction of the sauna (was not listed), the rep was able to confirm the information and get back to me. Delivery courier wasn’t great, we wound up picking up from their facility, but that had nothing to do with Sunflare Saunas - a better LTL option would be nice for future orders though.

The only thing I did not like is that…

The only thing I did not like is that they are no longer offering the cd player...which was the only reason I ordered this brand....but I do love the sauna!

The CD player isn't as popular of a feature as it used to be, so it was discontinued, but we're happy you love the sauna!

Timely delivery

Timely delivery. Beautiful wood.
Instructions could have been clearer. A section of interior trim had pulled away somewhat.

Overall, looks good.

Really POOR service to get the sauna

Really POOR service to get the sauna, oredered it and had to wait over 2 weeks before it was shipped, then shipped and had to wait 2 weeks to get it. Once I got it, it had broken parts so another 2-weeks to get the part. Now after trying it, I would NEVER buy another one. Takes a long time to heat up. DO NOT BUY from this company very POOR service

The shipping delays you experienced were very unfortunate and not usual. The manufacturer provides very good warranties and can help with the heating issue. Please get in touch with us to speak to a technician or discuss a replacement.

I have not received my order

I have not received my order. Estes is the delivery company but after 2 days of waiting for delivery I called customer service and they admitted that they subcontracted another service to deliver my order and they are unable to reach them. This is very poor since I spent 5 hrs on Friday 13th and 5 hrs Monday 16th waiting for delivery with no communication and no order drop off.

The best customer service EVER! I finally own a sauna because they made me feel so confident about my purchase.

I can't say enough about this company! I spent a long time humming and hawing over whether or not to get a sauna at all, and then over which sauna to get. It took way too long. . . we've all done it with something or other you know. (When really we could've bought the thing forever ago and have had it all along!) Oh well.

I figured I might as well reach out to someone and get a recommendation or at least some guidance in the right direction, regarding products and pricing and shipping. When I e-mailed Sunflare I got a reply pretty quickly, answering my questions and encouraging me to look up some more info on the site of specifics I was looking for, and helped me narrow down super fast what exactly I was looking for.

The site was actually awesome to use in comparison with most of the others I scoped out-- they all were just too like, corporate seeming?? It didn't feel like shopping but more like ordering from an old catalogue. But DJ (the person I talked to) made the whole conversation easy to understand, even though it was full with a bunch of model numbers and details.

She was patient and thorough in all she helped me with. I was worried I'd be one of those people who take up a bunch of time and never bought anything (even though she made sure I knew I wasn't annoying) but after our call and a look at some other sites I realized there was no way I was going to find a place that had done more research into their manufactures and who knew more about the products themselves than Sunflare.

Overall, they made me feel really confident in my purchase and even when the shipping times became longer than I'd hoped (only because of COVID obviously) customer service made sure that I knew where my products were and kept me aware of what they knew. So that made it stress-mostly-free.

The company worked on my behalf to get my sauna (and everything else I bought) to my home as easily as possible! I'm a pretty stressed out online shopper, and buying something so big without seeing it in person was kind of weird, but like i said they made it work and totally understood my hesitation and worry. I didn't feel any pressure or anything about buying/shipping/questions, etc.

In the end, my order came in, all was good, Sunflare checked in with me the whole time to make sure all was good. And now that I've written this I think I need to go have a warm up in my sauna!!! (Thanks you guys, especially DJ!)

The product was fine

The product was fine, but there is a need to improve return services and waive the restocking fees just the way Amazon is doing that.
