Solid Smell 7/10 Support

I purchased the Pheromones and have to say the smell is amazing!! It gives me a great feeling whenever I wear it out of the house

DO NOT BUY!!

DO NOT BUY!!! DO NOT BUY!! It took nearly 2 months to receive it. When I got it, the product was nearly gone. However, the box was not wet or showed no sign of oils in the package which makes me wonder if they never filled it up to begin with. I reached out to them (nearly 2 months ago) and they told me that they had no control over the carriers handling of the package but finally agreed to send me another. Here we are nearly 2 months later and so still haven’t gotten the replacement. Then I get hit with an email that they were going to charge me for a freaking membership. I will NEVER buy from another company advertised on Instagram!!!!

!!SCAM!!

I ordered and paid the package on the 12th of November 2022 and I haven’t got any nfotmation about my package since then. I wrote several emails and never got an answer so I can’t even cancel my order and request a refund. The page is unuseful it says shipping is not available, the phone number is fake so most likely this is a big effin scam. Even commented on their facebook posts and nothing happened

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Received an empty bottle+charged for a subscription I NEVER ALLOWED! I can't even cancel the subscription and been not able to contact them since the product has arrived. I'm so disappointed. I really hope I'll get my refund for both perfume and subscription.

This website is a scam

This website is a scam, after the purchase I have been subtly subscribed to a subscription charged every month that is impossible to cancel and no one replies to emails. Stay away from this company.

Please do not waste your time with this purchase. I purchased this in October didn't receive until the middle of November and the bottle was over halfway empty I reached out to customer service to no response don't waste your money

But at your own risk, might be a scam…

My fault that I didn't read the fine prints that I will be entering into a subscription by purchasing one item at an discounted price.

Received the items a couple of months ago and the packing was very questionable, and the origin was from China. Didn't really feel comfortable using it as the ingredients were not stated on the packaging, and it honestly felt like it was used (the package was not sealed).

Fast forward a few months later, I receive an email to tell me that my card will be automatically be charged for a subscription fee (I have no idea what the subscription entails), and I can choose to cancel my subscription by clicking on a button on the website. But, the option doesn't exist anywhere. You'd have to email in, but then, they don't reply.

I have called my credit card company to block all transactions from this company.

Buy at your own risk.

I placed an order with this company…

***to update , since Sundazee asked for my information , I have looked up online and found they’re a scammer company using another companies name. I have reported to action fraud uk . So I suggest the company contacts me ******I placed an order with this company looked fine , I then noticed an email to say I had been signed up to a subscription service that charges monthly , there was no mention of this while I was ordering and this is illegal. I have tried emailing no response tried their number cannot ring from uk , tried to cancel everything , no response . You cannot do anything via your account which is just ridiculous . Why doesn’t this company answer any emails . If any money is taken from my account I will be processing a fraud report , I shouldn’t have to do this if they just answered their emails. This company is a scam

We do offer an optional membership to our customers however customers do have the option to not participate in it. For faster service you can always call our support team! Subscription scam

Purchased in September and admittedly didnt realise I was entering a subscription, this was my mistake but also should've been made more clear at point of purchase. Trying to cancel and still waiting on an email response as you can only cancel via emailing them. Can't call their phone number as I'm outside of the US, now don't know whether my subscription will be cancelled in time for its renewal in a few days. Frustrating experience.

I purchased my order on 15th of October but still nothing arrived nor any response from the company.

I ordered my sundazee oil about 2 weeks…

I ordered my sundazee oil and it arrived 2 weeks later, I got tracking information, the bottle arrived full, nice packaging, I haven't tried it out yet but I will edit my review when I have done to let you know what I think of the product itself.

I think this company is a scam and…

I think this company is a scam and people on Instagram should not promote it. I received the product today and both bottles are almost empty. I do see that you charged something from Mia and Company which on line it shows it is a clothing company and you are scamming people
I have wasted my money and got product that is not what was promised.

Not Express

I placed an order weeks ago and even signed up for the premium package which included express shipping.. still haven't received anything! Nothing express about this order!!! Highly disappointed and will not order from here again..

I love the smell but I was upset that…

I love the smell but I was upset that each bottle was only half full when I paid for 2 full bottles. It took a while to get it and then half was missing. Will I receive some compensation for this.

Something isn't quite right...

So, I still haven't had a reply, but I finally received my perfumes, but they were both half empty? I've seen some other reviews about this but they don't seem to have leaked, they have just been delivered half empty... They smell wonderful and the packaging is nice, it's just such a shame that everything else seems to be off with this company.

I ordered and never got an email confirmation, but luckily I took a screenshot of the order when I placed it or I'd have no proof!
I have emailed asking where my package is but receive no reply and still no package... very sus and pretty sure I've been scammed. They also only except card payment so it's not like you can get a refund like through PayPal which says it all.

Still didn’t receive the order

This company is ridiculous

This company is ridiculous! I’ve been trying to see where my package is for WEEKS even though I have a tracking number. I’ve emailed them twice and no one has the decency to even answer!
