DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased the Summit Tactical Bivvy and it arrived with a stuck broken zipper.
When I contacted them for a returns label refund on a clearly defective item, tgey answered after the 4th email and they refused to take responsibility.
Instead, they demanded that I pay £50 out of my own pocket to ship their faulty product back to them and if they deemed it broken they world refund me, but only if they deemed it so, Their service is a joke and they have no interest in following basic consumer rights.
I am now forced to pursue a Section 75/Chargeback under the Consumer Credit Act/Consumer Protection Agreement just to get my money back. Save yourself the stress and buy from a reputable brand that actually respects its customers.

Purchased a Keela jacket from Summit Tactical, but it arrived with several stitching faults. I contacted the company about returning it and was advised to send it back, with the return postage to be refunded. While I did receive a refund for the jacket, I’ve had no acknowledgment of the return postage refund despite multiple follow‑up emails.

Customer service was disappointing overall, though I appreciate it was during the Christmas period, so some delays are understandable. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I wouldn’t order from this company again.

First of all, Thanks for an amazing store and experience. I purchased the Fugitive Tactical Non-GTX Boots and was blown away by the quality for the price. They perform exactly as described, and I'm astounded by the comfort and practicality of the product. After wearing boots in service for 25 years these are perfect for Security and Consulting post service.
The staff were outstanding, Chris had in depth knowledge of the products and was more than happy to dedicate some time to find the right boots that suited my needs. The overall experience from start to finish was fantastic and I will be back again soon.
I'll definitely be a repeat customer. Five stars all the way! 10/10 Highly recommended.

The new Summit Tactical store in Exeter is brilliant! They’ve got a great range of kit for operators and also loads of top outdoor brands if you’re into hiking or adventure stuff. The staff are super friendly and really know their stuff — the lead guy is ex-military so the advice is spot on. Definitely worth checking out if you’re after quality gear and expert service.

I recently picked up the SuperStrand LT Hoodie, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! This hoodie is feather-light yet delivers remarkable warmth, thanks to its insulation that rivals high-fill down in softness.

Loads of stock within the store, and the staff were very knowledgeable on the products, friendly and honest. Would definitely recommend shopping there.

I often struggle to get clothing that fits well due to transitioning a few years ago.

Happened across the Exeter store whilst on holiday and called in, the shopkeeper was extremely helpful and between us we found some gloves that suited my needs & fitted my smallish hand size well.

I’ve now got faith that clothing is out there to fit my body shape, will be buying things from their online shop going forward and in store when back in Devon area.

After buying some boots from Summit Tactical and getting a bit concerned when they had not turned up after 48 hours (Thinking I would get the "Next working day Delivery") and then thinking 'I've been Scamed' when I started looking into things and taken to other links (Turns out it's a Sister company).
But a little bit of confusion and a little bit of not being so obvious when buying (At the time).
It's all good and got my boots in the time they told me in an eMail.
So just in case anyone starts getting their knickers in a twist like I did...... Chill, it's all good, they are legit.
