I was very impressed with the level of service from Sumarpo. They were very prompt to confirm our body sizing to ensure our selected suits were the best fit. I was between sizes and this made me nervous to commit to buying. But Roy from service gave me the confidence that Sumarpo would be with me for the entire process if the sizing wasn’t right. Sizing wasn’t quite right, and Roy was very quick to help get me the right size.

This is my first wetsuit, used it once and so far it’s exactly what i expected. Keeps me warm in cold water. Is definitely a process to get the suit on but once it’s on it does the trick.

Great product in terms of quality and ecology-minded design. And fantastic service! No problem exchanging my wetsuit for a larger size. This was a huge relief because I had purchased the suit online as the product isn't sold in stores in my region, so sizing was a matter of guess work. The company responded very quickly and turned around the new shipment in days.

I now have 2 pairs of the Sumarpo buoyancy shorts which gives you an indication how much I like them. Whilst they are expensive compared to others the quality is much better. The delivery is very quick and the sizing guide is accurate. I am a returning very happy customer.

I had a pair of buoyancy shorts for a little over 1 year that had a slight wear in them, and in contacting Support they were nice enough to send me a brand new pair without question.
Great support with a great product.

The good first - the vest fits great adds that additional warmth I need. The not so good - for my needs all the extra webbing to hold things just slows swimming down. Now for the bad - each time I wear it I get a rash - very itchy. I’ve worn wetsuits a lot - shortys and full - and have never gotten rashes. Something in the fabric is irritating. Is there a way of treating it? Is there a vest rash guard? At this point because of the rash I just can’t wear it. I am very disappointed.

ADDENDUM -
Sumapro responded VERY quickly to my issues. I had not read that the vest was for swimming AND running - that was my fault. As to the rash, which is probably not a problem for most, they offer to send me a compression vest and to use as a rash guard. I am very pleased and repeat they so quickly responded.

I had purchased a returned a few wetsuits from other companies due to fit problems. I spoke to a Sumarpro rep, Roy, prior to ordering and he was very helpful with regards to size for me. I received the suit and love it! The design and fabric are wonderful. I spoke to Roy regarding the neck which is too tight. Heade some suggestions which I am following. My long sleeved wetsuit from another company uses only one layer of neoprene at the neck. I think that the Sumarpro neck is tighter as it is a double layer of fabric. I am working on a few ideas to loosen it up. Thanks again to Roy, a real asset to your company.

OK, my third Sumarpo wetsuit bought in the Christmas Sale. It's a Vanguard no arms suit in LT (187cm 95kg). Tried it, love. Good cut so an excellent fit, high quality materials. Sale pricing works for those of us paying in AUD. Plenty to like here.
