Delivery arranged and very happy with service

When delivered there was a fault. A very polite gentleman came out to repair very quickly but it occured again within a few weeks of buying.
I was told that it needed a new part as it was faulty but Yamaha did not have it in stock so was told to wait until another instrument was purchased so we could have said part.
After weeks of waiting no response so I emailed and was told to give more time. Months and months later there was still no communication as to the repair and it was never fixed. Now less than a year later the digital display has also given up.

Helpful from the first. Prompt delivery with enough people to carry the piano without my help. Accurate description. Polite and knowledgeable on the telephone.
