Easy to make the order yet thought an hour for a milkshake to be delivered would be too late then to ask polity if it could be delivered any earlier to be rudely told no and it comes when it comes, thought there customer service was really poor and should learn some manners

Ordered sheet set November 26th, cart stated in stock with shipping in 2-3 days. Next day got an email stating back-ordered until December 11., I contacted them again on December 14th because had not heard anything, now back-ordered until December 26. Charged card and took payment on November 26th! Still listed on site as shipping 2-3 days when put into cart.
Pretty bad experience for shopping in 2017.

I purchased a rug through Sugar and Spice. However, when I received the rug, the colors were not nearly as saturated and vivid as shown in the photos. As a result, within 72 hours, I contacted Sugar and Spice and requested an RMA which is what they require in order to return an item. After 3 requests and no response, I realized the 30-day period would lapse and I would be stuck with a store credit which I did not want. Based on the poor customer service, I would not want a credit as I do not want to patronize this store again. I finally had to dispute the purchase with my credit card company in order to get Sugar and Spice to respond to my request. I still have not received the RMA. Until I do, I will continue to dispute the charge. What a horrible experience. I do not recommend purchasing from this company. Beware of any company that makes returns so challenging! With the broad selection of stores like Overstock and Wayfair that wants their customers happy and satisfied, there is no reason to put up with this. Make sure if you purchase something from Sugar and Spice that you really, really like it because they will do everything they can to ensure that you have a difficult time returning it.

Had a party of 18 but some of them running late had a waitress kept asking about one table 3 times so we just her to fill it we called those people not to come they ate at Applebee's. Reserve at 430 didn't eat till 6pm had to wait for drinks had to ask for more water had to say 3 times we like to order one waitress at one table a blonde was doing what she could;! the otherat small table wasn't good till other customers left at the end we left blonde a tip in basket the other one was heard at front that some of that was hers because people moved to that table but it wasn't so 2people moved because she was rude we are hoping the blonde with pink blouse got her tip The food is always very good!But not made for party over 4! It was my sister and brother Birthday so 1more Brother and 3 sisters show up with some of kids we we're lucky noone else came !; The hostess was really nice after birthday sister had to go up to front ask to order because waitress left without our order!!that was the one was rude!We have been there different times( our family) it's nice in small group but that's it.

Rug was very cute and arrived in timely manner. I did not keep it as it did not work in space I had planned for it. Easy to return - Sugar and Spice Decor was easy to do business with and I would use them again.

anything I have ever ordered has arrived within a few days of the order and the service has always been very good! I have purchased many rugs and have loved them! I will continue to order from Sugar and Spice Decor!

Sugar and spice has had great customer service and great products. Kelly has been so responsive and really made me feel like my order was priority. The rugs I received are for a commercial environment and withstand a ton of traffic and are easy to clean.

I used the "chat" feature on their site to contact them about the fact that after I placed my order they had announced a sale for 20% off. They happily agreed to discount my order retroactively. Now that's service!

The experience I had ordering rugs from Sugar and Spice was excellent! The rugs I ordered arrived very quickly, all my questions were answered, and the rugs are such good quality! In fact they are so great, they could be used inside, as well. When they arrived, I was happy to see that they look exactly as they did online. I look forward to ordering again...

My review is solely based on the fact that I chose to purchase the rug through Sugar and Spice based on the fact that it was noted to be available to ship. One week after purchase I inquired about the status of my order and was told it is on backorder. At minimum I should have received notice before having to inquire. Even at this time, the product is still listed as in stock.

The website clearly says "all dash and Albert rugs come with free rug pad.". When mine arrived, no rug pads. I used online chat and rep said - no free rug pads with sales rugs. This should be made explicit on website.

Customer service was friendly and helpful. I am very pleased with the rug I purchased, which was shipped promptly. I wouldn't hesitate to shop with Sugar and Spice Decor in the future. Five stars!

Have always loved Dash & Albert cotton rugs. This one is stunning. Quality is excellent. Navy color is true navy. I have a very happy room.
