I ordered two different machines from Suerbeaty after doing a ton of research. At first I was a little suspicious of the company because the business name looks like typos or spelling errors. However after delving deeper, I realized that they manufacture several cavitation machines of different brands that are well rated on amazon and well-reviewed on youtube. Additionally, I had tried some cavitation treatments at a professional spa and they used one of the Suerbeaty brands called Unoisetion and I saw positive results so I decided to take a chance and buy directly from the manufacturer. Some other things that I liked and influenced my purchase is that Suerbeaty has a youtube channel with a lot of videos showing how to use, clean, or put together their machines as well as tons of videos demonstrating the machines working. In the end, I chose a different cavitation line based on what I was looking for and ordered an Aristorm S-Shape. I also purchased an IPL hair removal device. I used both machines yesterday and am pleased to find that they both function well and have no obvious issues. It's too early to tell whether the devices are actually effective in their intended purposes but for now I am hopeful. The only minor issue is that the Hair Removal device came only with a manual written completely in Chinese and I had to contact the company to ask for user instructions in English. I used the convenient chat function on the website to inquire and then customer service got back to me same day. Miya was the associate who helped me and she was very sweet, courteous, helpful and efficient. 5 stars for Miya! When I asked a question she wasn't sure how to answer, she was very professional about going beyond to find the answers for me. Thank you Suerbeaty and Miya!

I have been buying my machines from Suerbeaty for over two years. I love the customer service, very responsive and fast shipping which is a plus! If I have a problem with a machine for my students they fix it so I never look bad for my students.

Many thanks to Ms. Miya Chen. She has been extremely helpful and thorough efforts to resolve all the issues with our SD-45S2 system, which unfortunately had various problems with those probes. It took quite some time to figure out the problems via many email exchanges and finally with her help to resolve them accordingly. Now, it's operational. Again, I do really appreciate all her prompt response and courtesy extend to us. That's what we would call "great customer service".

Great product and great customer service! I’ve ordered a 40k 5 in 1 cavitation machine and laser lipo belt and so far it’s been the best machine I’ve used! No complaints and my clients love it as well. Shipping was fast and they are always ready to assist when I reach out. The manual is also easy to read and understand! I ordered an S-Shape machine and I was pleasantly pleased with the customer service experience. My questions were answered in a timely manner and my machine arrived fairly quickly (about a week maybe less.) Instructions to put the machine together were clear (via video) and the price for the machine was a better deal than other site I researched. Order few body shaping machines, process was smooth and delivery to UK was very quick, even arrived one day earlier! Tested one machine and all works as expected, second machine yet to be tested. Very pleased overall.

This is a honest and real feedback I would love to leave a 5 starts review because I’ve been buying machines for my spa and the quality it’s awesome and Novia it’s been always great answering my emails I would love to keep buying again more machines for my new med place .!

The machine come with a missing piece and I had to pay an other dédouanement fees to received it. And takes almost 2 month to get it
And when I wanted to use the machine for the first time the machine didn’t work well, so i contact service clients and Novia was really efficient and find solution quickly, she was really comprehensive. She send me video to repair my machine.
But be careful with the guaranty rules and return rules. I will try the machine soon I hope everything gonna work well.
