I was looking for wigs with a larger cap because I have some thick sisterlocs to put in a wig. I worked with customer service and they did custom xl wig size for me at no extra cost. I just had to put in in the order notes. They answered every question I had promptly and was very patient. I received a great discount for ordering 3 wigs and even though they were custom I received the order in a little over a week. It was great quality as well. Looking forward to wearing in the fall.

I bought a 20" straight wig and I'm obsessed! The hair is soft and true to length. It was pre-cut upon my request. The customer service was great and the hair exceeded my expectations. Definitely worth the money!!

It was delivered very fast and the hair quality is so nice and very curly even without any products. The lace also blends into my skin very well, which makes it look very natural 🤩. I’d definitely make another order in the future!

I am totally amazed with the two wigs I have purchased . I used to be a loyal customer at another company but from a Facebook post I decided to give them a try. Boy , I have not been disappointed. I initially ordered wrong and I emailed them , and they quickly responded and made the adjustments for me. I would upload a picture but I injured myself and I look a hot mess! The hair does not tangle even with the density I purchased . It doesn’t shed either . I don’t normally do reviews but trust ladies you will not be disappointed!!!! By the way this is my second purchase and 3rd wig .

My go to site for wigs. I’ve ordered at least 10 times and love every single one of them. My favorite wig I order 2 at a time. Customer service is 10 notch and seamless. Shipping is always faster than I expected. A couple of times I received my order within a week to my surprise. The quality is amazing all of the wigs I’ve order can be worn out the box.

Frankly, I was very apprehensive about ordering a wig from a company advertising on Facebook. I ordered a 4c edges wig and it looks wonderful! Moreover, the customer service at Subella is superb. The company followed up quickly and repeatedly to inquire about my satisfaction. My only complaint is that I added a note to have it pre-cut, but they did not.
The best test is that I video chatted with my daughter and asked her what she thought of my wig. She didn't know that I was wearing one!

shipping was amazing and fast. when i received the wig the hair was super soft and had minimal shedding. i do wish i got the drawstring one instead, but the closer version is still fire 🔥 i would definitely recommend!

I received my first-ever wig and absolutely loved it. I had been wanting to buy a platinum blonde wig for years, but didn't know where to buy it and couldn't justify the purchase. Finally, I got the chance when I was invited to a bachelorette party and they wanted to wear wigs out on the town. I did not want a cheap wig on my head and decided I'd invest in a great quality one!
