Wrong color part sent. False advertisement of color for door handle

Found what I was looking for. For a great price

Ordered a part from them, they swapped the part on the order out with no notification or heads-up, the part they sent was wrong and did not include everything that was in the original description. When I reasonably ask for a refund to get the correct part from them, they confirm the request. Fast forward two weeks I have to call customer service to get a response to my request, denied becasue it has electronics, even though they SENT THE WRONG PART. Ask them if they can take another look and give me my refund, it has been over a month and they have never sent a response since despite reassurance that they would. DO NOT trust this shady, scummy company. Here I am out 150 dollars becasue they refuse me a refund, return, or response.
Edit: Called again to get my return, the supervisor was rude and unprofessional, and upon reading the terms they say that they will "check the item for damage" and withhold a refund if it is. Seems like another tactic to keep my money, I guarantee if I ship the item I received back, it will somehow be "damaged", leaving me with no part, and no refund.

Parts were easy to find

I was unable to get an answer if the part I received was used, I feel if it was I should not have paid full price of a new part. The valve body I received had quite a bit of transmission fluid leaking through packaging, making me think I received a used part.
