I found Suada and my trainer David an…

I found Suada and my trainer David an effective and persuasive communicator which with Sauda's help has now enhanced me to be the same.
The training is App based and I found the Suada App very easy to negotiate and user friendly, I loved the case studies and video clips to show real scenario's linking all the elements together by using the right questions & answers was amazing.
After 40 years in Sales, Suada has re-honed my skill set with their training taking it to another level. I cannot recommend Suada highly enough as their training techniques are truly inspiring!

A must for anyone wanting to progress in their career or life

Having read books on influence and behavioural economics these topics have always interested me and I knew they were critical skills to master to progress in my career but I didn't quite understand how they all connected together. I started the Suada training with a goal of it helping me to achieve the next step in my career and land a new job.

Suada has done just that, with David at the helm of my training, I have learned how you pull the pieces of the puzzle together to be a more effective, confident and persuasive communicator. Not only this but I recently achieved my goal and landed a dream job in a new country, the communication skills and confidence I have gained through this course were key to my success.

And I love the ethics that are put across during the course, some people here persuasion or influence and will assume it is negative or used for unethical gains, but it is stressed in the course how this should be used ethically.

If anyone, or a company, are thinking of using Suada for their training I cannot recommend it highly enough. Having completed a Master's degree and various other training, this would rate as one of the best investments I've made.

You will be a better version of yourself - No doubt!

After being a sales professional for the last 10 years I thought I knew quite a bit in this game after studying the likes of Brian Tracy, Zig Ziglar, Jordan Belfort etc which no doubt has helped me get to the level I am at within my career so I was wondering what else is there to know? Not from an arrogant perspective but one of intrigue. I have a thirst for learning and developing so I was excited to get started with David and Suada. It has definitely not disappointed me. I lead a team of sales professionals who all have taken a lot from the training whether that be improving on framing, understanding and implementing Socratic questions, closing the list goes on.
For me personally the best part of the Sales Mastery Course was the part on Decision Science that David delivered. Understanding human behavioral science never crossed my mind before so I am glad it was part of the training as this has helped me massively in all areas of life not just in work. David is one of a small number of licensed practitioners that can teach Influence from Dr Robert Cialdini so you know you are getting the best and not a watered down version from someone who does not have these credentials. The content delivered will not only help you as a sales professional but also help your customer as you will be able to better understand them which will in turn allow you to provide a better service. Win win.

Content great however the delivery…

Content great however the delivery needs work IMO for better results and rapport. I took a lot from the training which I can use in life for the future. On the first day, we were asked what each of us wanted to get from the training and the sessions didn't seem to relay to the initial goals suggested by different people in the group. Nevertheless, the content was great and will help me moving forward to live life to my fullest capacity. I would recommend this to others

Next Level!

As a successful sales director I always look to build a best in class team (why bother if that isn’t your goal) so I put a lot of effort into helping team members develop to their fullest potential. Over the years, I have seen a lot of sales trainers and coaches recycle, repackage and sometimes refresh what “good looks like” but the same old content can only get your team so far. This time I wanted something that would permanently elevate the teams performance and having some familiarity with the science behind persuasion I was keen to explore that further. My network turned up SUADA and I knew immediately upon meeting David that he could bring something fresh, compelling and “next level” to the party and that phrase is exactly how my team have described their journey over the last few weeks.

As one of a small select group, personally trained by Dr Robert Cialdini, David has a deep knowledge and understanding of his subject matter. When Influence is coupled with the other topics in the programme including Opening, Framing, Fact Finding & Negotiation to name just a few, the result is a comprehensive and compelling learning journey. Even the simple foundation of keeping a Positive Mental Attitude is brought to life in a fresh, informative and practical manner. David has walked the walk and is focused on delivering the content in such a way as to help delegates internalize the theory but crucially how they can immediately embed it in their day job.
I have worked in the learning sector for 15 years so I can say with confidence that the SUADA blended learning approach truly nails it.

No matter how long you or your team have been in sales, no matter how much you think you know, I am 100% confident that you will take on new performance enhancing techniques from working with David. By fully engaging in this training, even the most battle hardened, cynical salespeople I know have had their eyes opened to a new definition of “what good looks, sounds and feels like”.

I had an amazing experience

I had an amazing experience, I learnt so many new skills that I will take with me in whatever job I decide to do. I am definitely a better sales/customer service advisor and also have a much better mindset personally from having done this training. Loved it! Thank you Suada

Having been somewhat successful in sales for some while now and additionally having spent countless hours studying not just sales but psychology, persuasion, marketing, philosophy and people in general to aid my skill set I of course by now know, everything....

Once again a new year and once more some sort of external sales training organised by the men upstairs. Oh God. When I was a younger and more arrogant man I used to avoid these sessions like the plague, of course I would, I didn’t need them, plus I’ve got a number to hit, and if the guy delivering them knew what he was talking about then he’d be out here selling like me too, probably once he was, well, guess that didn’t work out too well for him, another Gil from the Simpsons faking Tony Robins. Damn, never wanna end up like one of those washed up trainers! Ah yes, 6 weeks of our manager telling us how this trainings gonna change the game and what turns up? A guy in a non crease travel suit regurgitating Jordan Belforts Straight Line Selling, SOUND FAIR ENOUGH?

As I’ve grown in age, and confidence, I’d found more joy in actually attending these sessions and debunking the trainers wherever possible whilst of course, delivering some impromptu training of my own, for the good of the sales team, gratis.

Jokes aside I really can be that arrogant in regards to this subject, and for good reason too, I had indeed yet to meet a sales trainer that could teach me more than the top performers in wherever I’m working, whether directly or indirectly. It’s just a waste of time, go to the person who knows the drill, get what you can and get to hitting that number, add your own flavour and get to work. See the problem with all these great theories is that they’re just that, great theories.

David however, had my attention right from the very start of the very first session. Comprehensive, polished, concise, he was speaking facts, everything backed up, studies referenced, stuff I used, stuff that works, stuff I don’t know, stuff I’m about to try as soon as I can. Halfway through session one I felt a slight pain at the thought of my colleagues not only learning everything I know, but now lots I don’t. Going through this stuff with David has already had a sizeable impact on the way I work and I feel I’m improving once again at a much faster rate. Not just that but I thoroughly enjoy the training, he’s actually an entertaining bloke lol.

Probably the biggest endorsement I can give Dave and Suadas content is this: One of my good friends (a salesguy in a different sector) had been really struggling at the tail end of 2020. 3 months consecutively without hitting a target, with the final month not getting a single sale at all, we were catching up on Zoom and he told me every other sales person had just been given a new MacBook Pro for January except him. “reckon if I don’t pull it out of the bag this month it’s curtains for me mate” we sat there for about 2 hours going over just these 3 areas in detail: framing, PMA, questioning. Verbatim as I’d been taught, nothing of the old stuff, he’d had all that from me before lol. Caught up a couple more times that week and recovered. Long story short that month he billed 300% of his monthly target and I believe nearly twice the revenue of the second highest biller, those aren’t exact figures and to be honest I’d rather not have to hear it from him again to check, but obscene numbers anyway. How he got more out of the training than me I don’t know, must be the way I delivered it or something.

I can not tell you how grateful he was for me, I of course graciously accepted his kind words. Although we all know without my manager forcing me to attend and David and his team ultimately putting this whole thing together there would never have been any credit for me to steal in the first place.

We have plenty left to go through with Suada to complete the programme and although yes, admittedly finding the time can be a strain, whatever I decide to focus on growing will come at a sacrifice. The dividends are paying already, in mine and others around mes lives too.

A final numbers breakdown for you sales people as well all know as much as you may have enjoyed this verbosity. Some of you only really only care about the numbers - The friend I mentioned earlier made 22k in commission the month after sharing what I had learned, £0 the month before, £0 shared with me but that’s fine, I was well overpaid just by taking the credit, thats the form of currency I prefer anyway.

David Thomson is an incredible sales coach!

For the last few years our company had been having a very difficult time selling our product. We had developed a world-class AI data and analytics platform, but selling it was extremely challenging. While we built our system to serve a universal need in the film industry, our prospects didn't seem to understand our value proposition, or didn't seem to feel that they had any need for it. This was really frustrating for us as we couldn't seem to find a solution to our lack of sales.

Then we met David.

David took us through his sales training course, and during every session we were amazed at the insights he conveyed. From Socratic questioning, to pitching, from negotiating to closing, David's course is revelatory. Much of what he teaches appears self-evident after you hear it, which to me is an indication of his mastery of the subject. The proof of that was hearing from our sales professionals, who had taken multiple sales courses over their careers, saying that none of them were anywhere near as good as David's training.

Within the first 4 or 5 courses we already started to see a measurable difference in the outcomes of our sales calls, and since completing the course we have closed a few new deals that we almost certainly wouldn't have without David's instruction.

David has helped us to chart a success path to our sales process, and for that we are truly grateful. Besides being a masterful teacher, David is a great guy, and all of us looked forward to his classes.

In short, I couldn't recommend David Thomson more!

Excellent!

I reached out to David 6 months ago as a General Manager aspiring to take on a Regional Manager role.

I believed I had a good understanding of human behaviour, what I thought was an in depth knowledge of sales and a real ambition to progress my career.

I was immediately impressed by David’s approach to our initial consultation, where he really got to know me and understand my motivation for progression.

His expert questioning helped me realise my development areas and it excited me to find a mentor who could help me take my business acumen to the next level.

I have been studying subjects such as positive mental attitude, Socratic questioning, framing and much more under his expert guidance.

I immediately noticed an improved attitude to not only work but also my personal life and started using the techniques I had learnt to improve both work and home life.

I kept pressing forward with my dream of taking the next step in my career and was offered the opportunity to interview for a Franchise Business Manager role looking after 35 clubs for an amazing global fitness brand.

I used the knowledge I had gained in my interview to demonstrate why I was the right candidate for the position.

I showed how a positive mental attitude can not only drive yours, but also your teams performance by using simple techniques such as self starters.

I story boarded the power of Socratic questioning to help better understand the needs of both clients and stakeholders, as well as putting agreements in place and getting desirable outcomes.

I used my knowledge of framing to show how we can change perceptions and how it can help introduce new perspectives to efficaciously problem solve and positively influence change.

I can happily tell everyone that I was offered the position and can honestly say that David’s coaching was paramount in my success.

I can’t recommend David highly enough and will always be thankful for his exceptional guidance.

Unique, valuable and addictive

I spent a considerable amount of time learning from David, valuable and unique sales techniques that have allowed me to close more business as retain more clients without appearing to be the typical sales person. These techniques can be used in any client facing role and in several situations have proved easily adaptable. The concepts that David teaches is extremely interesting and addictive leaving the want and need to learn more.

I highly recommend Suada and the talented David Thomson. The immensely valuable insights and frameworks around influence and sales psychology transformed our sales process and delivered tangible results in a short period of time. David Thomson is a master Salesman. I have seen him in action: selling, presenting, and teaching. There is nothing he doesn’t know about sales, persuasion, presuasion, or any other aspect of talking to others to find out what it is they need and how you can help them: in any given field.

Suada training

Suada training
A step by step training process that gives you all the elements of the sales and negotiating process but it’s delivered in bite size pieces. It was so much easier to understand and digest because you’re thought the psychology behind each step of the process, you soon realise that these techniques you’re learning can be implemented in all aspects of your life.
Having access to online learning gave more flexibility but often found myself going back to the portal more and more. Having a great training programme delivered by real people made a huge difference and refreshing to some influences from the selling greats of old.
Whether you’re an individual or a team, the Suada training program will change your carrier for the better

Excellent Influence and Sales Courses

I attended a series of training sessions with Dave that were arranged to support the BSI Sales and Marketing teams. I found them to be engaging and relevant. There were lots of useful tips to take away from the training that can be practically applied both personally and professionally. We were given access to a portal for future reference.
I particularly enjoyed the powers of persuasion sessions, including the framing, and the psychology of selling.

David delivered a comprehensive suite of persuasion sessions that helped to increase sales across Business Development teams within EMEA. The sessions were delivered in a timely, logical and professional manner , supported by a portal that provided the attendees with a future reference point and also helped them to consolidate their learning.
