Pathetic, poor

I am extremely frustrated with Stylo Shoes. It has been over a month since I made an advance payment for an order that they cancelled by there side. Since then, I have been chasing them for my refund, but all I get are fake promises and delayed dates.
Every time I contact them, they give me a new date for the refund, but nothing happens. This is a clear tactic to delay and avoid returning my money. Taking advance payments and then making customers beg for their own money is highly unprofessional.
Beware of their online store! They are quick to take your money but will keep you waiting forever for a refund with zero results.

Quality is so bad either used or cheap color is fade i want my money back

Yesterday I received my parcel.I have ordered shoes a few days ago.I opened the parcel,the packaging of the sneakers was poor.The box was completely damaged and torn.There were spots on the sneakers upper surface and the soul of the sneakers was also weird.The color of the soul was not same as shown in the picture on the website.Also their customer service is very slow.They didn't respond me yet.

They cancelled the order and no refund has been issued. Customer service is worst

I ordered a shoulder bag from Stylo. Delivery was timely. The bag has neat stitching, a soft zip closure, and looks exactly as shown. It’s slightly larger and wider than expected, but overall, I’m satisfied and would recommend it!

Worstt expeirence ever..
Ordered 2 articles from their website .came out small. Had them sent back to warehouse but no contact no response. It was a prepaid order and their worst call and email service .no one replies or picks up call .i am going to sue stylo for eating up my money !!!

Low quality shoes
They always show high end items on sale and send low quality products. I have received a pair of shoes today and they are pathetic. Whole body of shoes is very hard. Not recommended 👎🏻 A big NOOOO

purchased Styló shoes on 23 December (sale item).
The shoes were worn only 3 times and the sole cracked within one month.
This is clearly a manufacturing defect, not wear & tear.
The store refused my claim saying sale items have no warranty, which is unfair and against basic consumer rights.
I request replacement or refund, otherwise I will proceed with a formal consumer complaint.

Very bad customer service. The closing time is 11 pm but the staff including shop guard put down the half shutter after 10 :30 pm and not allowed to entertain us.And said that today is the marriage of our manager.

It is very difficult to find the right size at Stylo. The company should make the sizes slightly bigger. Ever since Stylo came, not even once have I been able to buy shoes of my choice in size 41. If they make the size just one size bigger, it would not be a problem. From my side, it is completely useless.” It seems like kda sopened this shop just for the sake of it.”

Not a good customer service. I have sent two email at there care email and asked them to reply at least. but no one of them replied. They need to improve customer service. These review are just for customer services not for outlets.

I ordered shoes two times from stylo online store Gujranwala but both times I was not satisfied with the items. At first time they were some cheap looking shoes while the next time they sent me old and different shoes. When I sent it back for exchange they did not exchange it and sent me the same old shoes back.

One of the best service in Stylo in lodhran hats off to Mr Mohammed Mavia wanted a pair off shoes as it was flight going back he made it impossible to possible he got them to me in just few hours I must say this Stylo is one off the best in the whole Pakistan staff number one all thx to Mr MOHAMMED MAVIA thank you !!!

I just received my parcel of Black casual sneaker AT7210 I buy it by paying whole amount and expected a nice packaged product but my parcel was in poor condition The shoes were in a torn box, and the box itself was damaged as well. Overall, the entire package was packed in very poor condition. If you want, I can also provide a video. Order no: SS-2075602-1
