Studio Stars is a concept store located in Copenhagen, focusing on smaller designers and artists worldwide. We collect upcoming designers and give them a platform to support and challenge each other to reach a common higher, to ping pong their way forward and ahead. With a big blue door you almost can't miss our storefront, some people call us "the store with the blue door." NSS Magazine said this about us in an artificial about the top 10 best clothing stores in Copenhagen "We start with my personal favorite: Studio Stars. Located on a side street to the Copenhagen Central Station, this basement shop exclusively fosters young, underground, talented designers who challenge the status quo. The stuff you find here is simply not to be found anywhere else. Once you step through the Cobalt blue door, you’ll usually be met by the eclectic owner, Casper Enzo Enersen, his fun DIY interior, and his artistic girlfriend Christina, who sometimes tattoos in-store, creates cute ceramics and makes their popular in-line airbrush collections. Their combined vision locates, drives, and supports Copenhagen’s most talented underground designers, and they also curate a wall of amazing vintage finds. To me, this is the epitome of why you go out shopping – to be surprised by garments. To see something that hasn't already popped up on your timeline. And here, all of your spending go to a young entrepreneur with a bleeding passion for fashion, and to those underground designers you pick off the racks and fall in love with – which just feels good."

Thank you for the review, and I'm glad the pants themselves held up on quality.
I want to explain the return situation a bit, since I think it's the source of the frustration. Studio Stars works as a marketplace for independent designers, most items, including yours, ship directly from the designer's studio rather than from us in Copenhagen. That's why a return isn't as simple as sending something back to one central warehouse; it depends on where that specific designer is based, which is why I asked if you'd prefer to ship back to us or possibly directly to the designer, since that route is sometimes cheaper depending on your location.
I also recognize there was too much back and forth before you got clear instructions, that's on us, and I'm sorry for the delay.
If you'd still like to sort out the return, email me directly at info@studio-stars.com and I'll check with the designer for the most affordable option for you specifically, rather than defaulting to the standard Denmark address.

I came in just for a quick look…loved it
I came in just for a quick look around as the store looked really cool from the outside. The person who was there was smily and I felt welcome (not intimidating like it sometimes is walking into a store). The selection was honestly exceptional and the staff really knew what they were talking about. The whole experience just felt good and I really got the impression, that all was cared for. Came home with a cool shirt from 00ctmn and will definitely go back when in Denmark

We hope you accept the offer of either full refund or cover of the cost of customs, as shared by email. We will reach out to you again following this review. We are sorry that we did not answer as efficiently as we intended. It is important for us that we had accompanied you better and this is a learning from our part.
Your feedback means a great deal to us as a small store, and we do our best to work in detail and with care with all our customers, potential customers, and collaborators.
To improve, we now have a clearer mention of the potential added costs of customs, based on this, and with our new website, it is clearly stated that this can be the case.
