The design process for my tshirt was so easy. I tried a few other website, but the ease of use and the graphics just didn't campare. They shipped promptly and I had the shirt very quickly. It made a fantastic gift! I cannot reccommend them highly enough!

I use Streetshirts regularly and I am always impressed with the quality of the printing. My latest purchase meets their usual high standards. The create your own tee shirt is easy to use and quite sofisticated in what it can do. You can build up lots of images on yne one tee. Brilliant 👏

What's not to like!

Was not expecting the quality I got for the low price! Really impressed with it! They even cropped out the black border on my bands logo without having to ask which made it even better🤘😁 thanks guys will definitely be coming back!

Also for anyone curious the unisex tshirt comes as a stretch fit as standard! Not baggy at all and fits well, which was an even bigger surprise because I've had trouble finding that type of tshirt as a standard! 😊

Perfect but what stands out is how insanely fast the delivery was. Must have been essentially next day delivery based on the time I ordered it which is amazing for a custom printed t-shirt! Great work folks.

I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding my order #71349, and specifically your continued refusal to refund the £12.99 next-day delivery charge.
At the point of purchase, I paid for next-day delivery, which formed part of the contract between us. The item was delivered two days later than the promised delivery timeframe. While I have not requested a refund for the hoodie itself, the delivery service I paid for was not provided.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, services must be provided with reasonable care and skill and as described. A premium next-day delivery service that arrives two days late is not the service contracted for. Where a service is not performed as agreed, the consumer is entitled to an appropriate price reduction — in this case, a refund of the delivery fee.
Your explanation that production took longer because the item was custom-made is not a valid defence. All of your products are custom, and any production time should already be accounted for in the delivery options you advertise. Advertising next-day delivery while being unable to meet it may also constitute a misleading commercial practice under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.
To be clear:
I am not seeking a refund for the goods.
I am seeking a refund of £12.99 for a delivery service that was not provided as agreed.
This request is reasonable, proportionate, and supported by UK consumer law.
If this matter is not resolved within 7 days of the date of this email, I will proceed with:
A partial chargeback via my bank for the £12.99 delivery fee on the basis of service not provided, and
A formal complaint to Citizens Advice, who will refer the matter to Trading Standards due to the refusal to honour delivery terms advertised to consumers.
I would prefer to resolve this directly and amicably. Please confirm within 7 days that the £12.99 delivery charge will escalate this immediately

We've ordered a good few shirts before. Always been great quality. Reasonably priced, which helps us alot as we're a community group 😃

The T-Shirts that I ordered were really well printed and the quality and weight of the T-shirts were actually much better than what I had anticipated. Delivery was very quick, and overall the entire process was quick and stress free. I will definitely order through them again.

I was looking for t-shirts for my garden bar that would represent the name etc.Looking online and I come across streetshirts.The app was really easy to use to get my design the way I wanted it.I had pictures to the back and front along with the name of the bar.They arrived super quick (within days)once opened the quality of the shirt is great and the design looked awsome.The price really surprised me as iv'e bought t-shirts before from other places and paid 30 plus pound for one.It cost me that for 3 t-stirts all printed and delivered.I will most definately order from streetshirts again.What a find.

I ordered a shirt as a prototype for a potential bigger order.. test the water, and i'll definitely use again, the printing is good quality, not that cheap iron on stuff, tshirt is true to size, so recommend and will use again

It was very easy to design my T-Shirt and place an order and It arrived super quick. The quality of the T-Shirt and graphic logo I used was outstanding. I also used there customer service chat and they were very helpful so this is a very good company and would definitely buy again.
