I cannot recommend Streathers Solicitors highly enough. Solicitor Jackie Rosenfeld and Paralegal Emilija Mikutytė navigated us through a highly complex process of settling our parents estate. They were extremely responsive and kept us regularly updated. Moreover they paid meticulous attention to detail which gave us confidence that everything was being handled correctly. Oliver Clark (under supervision of Luke Vignall) provided sound advice & service handling the sale of my North Finchley property. It wasn't the easiest matter to manage as I was traveling at the time an offer was received. Time difference, not having access to all my documents and difficulties with the buyers' solicitor adhering to exchange as agreed, were handled by him with patience and diligence. He was proactive and did not hesitate to call me if I was slow to respond, which I appreciated very much. Always pleasant, he was very professional in his communications with solicitor, bank officers and me. I wish him a successful and rewarding career in law.

I can’t recommend Maxine Ellington and Dawn Jupp at Streathers Clapham Common highly enough. They helped me through a particularly tricky lease issue during the sale of my flat – a property that’s caused me problems for years – and they handled it all with real dedication and professionalism.

I had a disappointing experience with Streathers Solicitors. They took an incredibly long time to handle our case, with a response rate that left much to be desired. It took over a year and eight months to distribute the funds following the passing of our beloved mother, which caused significant frustration among our family and relatives.

When we inquired about the delays, the responses we received were often frustrating and seemed ethically questionable. There were instances of false statements, which only added to our concerns about their responsibility in handling our case.

I truly believe that those who left positive reviews may have had different experiences, but my own journey with them was far from satisfactory. I have documented evidence of the issues from start to finish.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services.

Jackie and Emilija did an excellent job when both our parents died, taking care of their estate when we were totally out of our depth.
When we sold our parents house we were able to use Streathers solicitors for the sale and everything was done in house, so we knew the solicitors in all departments were communicating.

Laura was great and I felt that the real estate transaction process ran relatively smoothly. I felt that important points were well diligenced.
The only reason I leave 4 stars instead of 5 is that I asked Laura on the phone for her opinion on the transaction (effectively whether she would be comfortable taking a minor admin / legal risk) and she simply stated what the facts were and what the potential outcomes could be. I understand that she would have to do that in writing but as a first time buyer I would have appreciated the personal opinion of someone with significant past experience in the area.
