This transaction was more complicated than expected due to additional work needed to extend the lease, however Luke and team dealt with everything quickly and effectively keeping us informed throughout. Luke is highly experienced, is very easy to work with and is always available for discussion (was not behind layers of junior/admin staff which you can often find in larger organisations). Good use of systems/apps for security checks. Overall we were delighted with the service we received; Streathers offers excellent value for money so would use again.

Max was our solicitor and advised us on the purchase of our flat. He was extremely helpful during the process and was very quick in responding to all the questions that we had.
