We recently had some NHBC warranty work carried out, and Strata sent Mally to complete a number of the remedial jobs. He did an excellent job — the work was completed to a high standard, and he was professional, friendly, and easy to have around the house.

Excellent customer service from site managers
Having already had such an amazing experience with our first Strata house, this was our second purchase.
From reserving the plot to moving in, Keira and Lorna on the sales team at Attraction in Hull were amazing! Always happy to help, friendly and approachable and on hand to answer any questions during the run up to moving day.
Since moving in, site managers Charley and Carl have been exceptional at working through our snagging list and been thouroughly supportive at all times. Their dedication to customer care is exemplary and have made settling in to our new home a smooth and enjoyable process. We could not have asked for better service from them!
Abbey at customer services has checked in weekly with us to ensure that we are fully satisfied and been on hand to also make this process a smooth one.
We could not thank everyone on the team enough once again! -until the next Strata house!

An Inspiring and Encouraging Experience!
Having recently visited the Anthem Development we were delighted to meet Jen who was a sheer source of inspiration and information. Jen has probably been the best sales consultant we have come across in our search for a new property. Her knowledge and willingness to talk to use about every issue that concerned us deeply complemented Strata’s development. Jen’s encouragement and enthusiasm was motivating and yet at the same time she was not pushy and made us feel comfortable with whatever our decision would be. Just wanted to say the Anthem development is beautiful and well located and marketed by one of the most inspiring sales person on the team. Thank you Jen!

We have brought our strata house last…
We have brought our strata house last year. Jen from ANTHEM was amazing, we have had 100 of questions which she was helpful to answer . Jen has made our experience of buying a new house enjoyable and easy.
Adam the site manager was also amazing, we have a couple of small issue when we moved which when raised to him was sort straight away. We when we had more questions Adam alway was available to answer them. We couldn’t fault them both

Oporto Plot 42 Anthem Beverley
We are in the process of buying an optorto on the Anthem site at Beverley and we have a had an unbelievable experience. Jen Hill-Wickham has been the best sales advisor and helped us every step of the way. She is always available and offered us valuable advice every step of the way, as you adults a lot of the process was new to us and Jen offered support, advice and reassurance anytime we needed it.
Along side this we have always felt she genuinely cares about us and our new house and has done everything to make our vision of our perfect home become a reality. We could not of asked for anymore.
It has made this process so much easier and has allowed us to enjoy buying instead of being stressed or unsure.
The Oporto is everything we could have asked for and we can’t wait to move in later this year.

First time buyers experience- Anthem Development, review of Sales Advisor Jen.
We are currently in the process of buying our first home together and Jen from Strata, Anthem development has been amazing and made the whole process feel like a dream and super easy.
Jen is really approachable and she makes you feel like she is enjoying the excitement of buying your first home together just as much as we are!
Jen responds to all of our emails, texts, calls etc and has provided an excellent service so far, which has made us feel like we can ask her any and many questions.
We have recently had our design appointment with Jen and it was such a lovely and fun experience, and we are really grateful for everything she is doing for us to build our dream home.
Jen will be getting a invite to our house warming as we could not of done this without her! And we cannot wait to show her our dream home once it is all finished.

In the throws of trying to find a house…
In the throws of trying to find a house and our situation is very complex. I popped in to Beverley Anthem Strata and I was met with Jen, she was warm and welcoming, despite already having customers, still asked if I wanted a drink and a seat. Semi-detached wasn’t on our horizon but these house are stunning with so much room. Do not just pass them off.
After I left I said, due to our circumstances, I didn’t think we’d peruse. Jen called me 5 days later just to check in. No pressure, just a lovely chat. Felt like talking to a friend. Despite our outcome not being with strata, I would recommend Strata and definitely Jen at Beverley. Wonderful customer service 🥰

I had contact with Betty in 2024 around April until when she left and she has been an amazing person since then till date, right from first appointment till we moved into our property at Imperial Way , she supported us all through the process. She is an awesome person to us all at Strata estate, she knows people by name and match voice to face, we are missing her already. We wish her all the best in her new role.

Disappointing Experience with Strata- Desire
We initially reserved a home with Strata in their Desire site after a visit where we spoke to Jessica, who was very helpful and made a great impression. Based on that experience, we felt confident moving forward with purchasing a home through them.
Unfortunately, things quickly took a turn. We had an appointment scheduled with Betty, and when we arrived on time, she was with other customers. We waited patiently outside, but after about 15 minutes, she came out, placed a small sign note on the door, and casually asked if we were waiting for her, then told us she would be gone for 45 minutes to visit a site. She didn’t ask why we were there or acknowledge our scheduled appointment until I reminded her that she had confirmed it. Although she apologised, she simply asked us to continue waiting outside for another 20 minutes, rather than offering us a seat in the office or the show home. It left us feeling ignored and unwelcome.
We were also looking to switch our reservation to a larger property. At the time, the listed price for the house type we were interested in was £405,000. However, the specific plot we were interested in hadn’t been released yet. Betty said she would check on pricing and came back quoting £420,000—a £15,000 increase for a plot with a six-month later completion. We found this confusing and felt there was no clear explanation for such a jump in price.
Throughout our interactions with Strata, the overall customer service was consistently disappointing. It often felt as though they weren’t particularly interested in helping us or securing our business. As first-time buyers, we were hoping for more guidance and a better deal, but we didn’t receive either.
Ultimately, we decided to go with another developer nearby. Their team was friendly, professional, and truly supportive. They offered a better deal and made sure our needs were met from the start. We’re much happier with that decision.
Strata should place far more focus on customer service. Buying a home can be a stressful experience, and buyers need clear communication, reliable support, and a positive journey from start to finish, none of which we felt was available with Strata.
