I'll never get over these guys moving to seattle or wherever they went from.Ohio, but there's still a great source for small batches of items like strapping, hardware, buckles and such. It just takes 8 or 9 days now. Rather than two or three. And of course, they're never there on fridays.If you need customer service.

Good customer service over the phone. I will be buying more in the future. I like the inch and a half web and the heavy duty buckle. That's what I was after. I know now not to get too carried away with colors. I already gave away the purple one. I would like to find a softer material. I had chosen flat nylon this round. I guess there is no cotton.

New buckle and accessories arrived quick and do the job way better than some no-name plastic bits from Amazon.

Your products are fantastic. I ordered hardware for straps and purses. They’re all great except one hook and one ring were 1 inch instead of 3/4 other than that everything was a good quality
