Selection was pretty good. Found some things I was looking for. Straps were made custom and arrived in not much time. Have bought from them before - don't need straps etc very often but it's great to know the company is there when necessary. Reliable. Would recommend.

My order came fast and the quality is great. One thing—a clearance item was one short, but they actually emailed me to let me know and said they'd adjust the price. I really appreciated the honesty and communication. Would order again!

Website said the straps were black but they came with a yellow thread running up the center of the strap. No mention of this in the description. I mentioned that to the lady that processed my RMA and she said "oh yeah, that's good feedback". They waived my restocking fee but I had to pay for shipping both ways. It cost me $20 to give them a good idea and I got nothing. Better service elsewhere imo.

Found what I needed easily on the website and had the products I ordered in my hands in a couple of days!

I received the wrong color. I emailed to see if I could return the rolls I received in the wrong color but after two days have not yet heard back. The ordering process was good though.

I could search by the size and color I wanted, and it was easy to find and order.

Availability of custom straps and hardware is wonderful. Customer support was able to assist me with last minute items to be included with original order.

Had exactly what I needed at fair price. I had them in less then a week and was pleased with the quality. I highly recommend.

Once I placed my order, I would have liked an estimate for when they would be ready. However they came quickly and the straps were perfect. Very high quality materials and workmanship. Will definitely use Strapworks again - they get my highest recommendation.
