Slow delivery but good product

Ordered straps for our canoe years ago and have used them over and over and absolutely been 100% satisfied with them. They were recently used for a similar but different purpose and two of them broke. I was thrilled to be able to get exact replacements still.

Strapworks has the best product for the hand made leashes I make for donation to the animal shelter. I use the 3/4” Swivel Snap hook. There are many sources for this item, some at lower prices, but the quality of the ones I get from Strapworks is far superior so I am willing to spend more.

Different webbing has different applications and can be a very taunting task to determine what you need- however they have done a great job to list thickness, durability, where one would typically use it. Shipping was fast and prices were more than reasonable.

Fantastic customer service. Unfortunately, my package was somehow “lost” in the mail. I reached out to Strapworks in regard of the issue and they rectified it immediately. I received an expedited shipment of the items purchased. Also, the products are of great quality. I highly recommend.

Quick shipping, very reasonable prices, would buy again. My only suggestion would be for them not to use latex rubber bands to bind their straps (my wife has a severe allergy) but now that I know they do this I will request them not to be used for future orders.

Wrong color was sent I had ordered. I ordered bright orange and received a hot red. I even send pieces of both my order and what was sent and Matt in service did not help because I sent these colors to Matt.
