I don't know who Jenna is, who posted a review of this "company" on Oct 2nd ... but I agree 1000%. The only reason I am giving one star is because I cannot give zero. Someone I know, their experience consisted of: Misinformation, surprise fees that were not mentioned in the beginning, contact person that changed MULTIPLE times. One person to the next doesn't know what is going on. Oh everyone you talk to will sound SO nice ... but they disregard wh

things the customer says, as if you never said it ... which is SO disrespectful and insulting. The positive reviews don't sound legitimate, and the same exact canned response to each one? That seems VERY suspicious.
Everything... is very suspicious.

Many frustrating factors to assess here... A relative of mine has been caught up in dealing with these scammers for quite a while now. They had complications and inefficient and unclear communication with this company pretty much since Day 1. Now, they either continue to ignore their requests, or are simply not as competent as they make themselves seem. The fact that all the other publishing companies that give them good reviews are also ebook companies who push for ghostwriting is an obvious red flag immediately. Another thing to note is that their response to the supposed good experiences are all exactly the same suggests that this company is not as caring and detailed as they say they are. Another thing to note. When a business that is as successful and loved as this company makes themselves out to be doesn't show up as the first result in an initial search, that's suspicious. It only takes a little bit of further research to find that this company, in fact, has warnings and cautions about scams and fraud on multiple platforms and sites. On top of ALL this, the representatives were all unprofessional with deadlines, scheduled calls, and the manner of speaking. It was pretty easy to figure out that these people don't actually respect the clients. They're just doing whatever they can to seem trustworthy enough for you to give them money, and potentially take over your projects. I really hope this review gets attention by prospective clients so that they may not fall into the trap my relative did. Please don't get taken advantage of and mistreated by this company! I truly don't wish this on anyone who has been working hard to publish their work.
