The cup looked great, however it is advertised as a Stanley, but is a no name knock off.
Very disappointed in the deception.

bought a Baltimore Ravens cup. Tiny piece of the bird's beak and tail were missing. I don't mind that it's hardly noticeable. What I do mind is that they are passing this off as a Stanley Cup. Stanley Cups keep your drink cold for hours. My drink reached the room temperature in about 60 minutes. If you just want a team cup it's not bad but if you buy this to keep your drinks cold it for long periods of time, it doesn't.

I ordered a Stanley cup Winnie the Pooh etched and it’s not a Stanley cup. The lid won’t screw correctly and only some designs are etched. It came dented and I complained and they want to give me 25% back. These cups are knock offs! Don’t be fooled!

CROOKS! Do not buy from stormmerch they will take your money and never deliver the product. When contacted they told me to contact usps, so I did and guess what, usps says order address does not match yet when order is reviewed, surprise address was put in correctly and it was their error. They do not stand behind anything. They are liars. Do not give them your money. They are crooks!!!!

The merch itself was great very well made but the duration of things getting delivered takes way too long. That could use some improvement.

Product was not as Stanley brand mug as advertised and broke within 1 week. Customer service would not issue me a full refund even though the mug they sent was poor quality and defective. Will under no circumstances buy anything from this website again.

I ordered 2 cups same day and I only received 1 cup. They shipped them separately and I still have not received my other cup and haven’t got an update

Cancelled order but kept receiving shipping notice. Product did not arrive. Company said they cancelled order and would refund. No refund received. Reported to BBB and they received not response. Contacted Discover CC company and they temp reversed charge while contacting company.
FOLLOW UP - Company refused to respond to Discover so Discover permanently reversed charge.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
Product is a fake. It also does not look like the product in the picture and it is a very cheap copy.
Asked for a refund and they will not even reply.
This site is a counterfeit site with really bad/cheap quality.

A horrible company with a horrible product! First of all my cup was misrepresented as a Stanley which it absolutely is not! Then when I asked for a refund I was offered a 20% refund and over the next couple weeks I argued back and forth to 30% 40%and 50% and when I finally agreed they said they would refund my original card and I explained that it had been hacked and stolen but that they could refund directly to my bank acct or to the replacement card or send me a check they said it was impossible for them to refund anything but the original card. I’ve argued with them long enough and have involved the BBB now. Do not buy anything from them!

I ordered 2 custom Stanley cups … 1st it took a long time to arrive. Next, it’s not a Stanley cup, it’s just a look-alike. Doesn’t even say Stanley. And the custom design was just a printed wrap that covered the entire cup. The picture makes the design look 3D with bling. Even the bling was just part of the printed picture. Disappointed!!! Especially when Stanley’s are now only $25 or less at retail stores.

I have not received my Marine mug with my name and rank Sgt. Its been two months. Please ship my mug or REFUND my money. Thank you…

Ordered the Morgan Wallen cups 2. 1 30oz and 1 40oz and never received them and stormmerch refused to refund the almost $100 I spent for them.

The reply after ordering said to check my paypal account. I don't have one.

I know Stormmerch has alot if bad reviews but I actually had a positive experience. I ordered a custom stanley mug from them. When it arrived, it wasn't packaged very well and the lid was broken and damaged. At that point I went to there website and asked customer service to replace the lid and submitted the request. I then came here and thought, Oh, this is not gonna work out well. I'll never hear back from them. They responded the next day to my email and sent me a replacement lid which arrived in a couple of weeks. So I have to say, even though the package could have been padded better, their customer service came through for me.

I’d give Stormmerch zero stars if I could! I ordered what I thought was an NFL team Stanley cup. It’s a joke! It’s not a Stanley cup at all, major fraud. Even if the cup was ok, which it’s not, the colors are wrong and the design is completely messed up. The cup itself feels like tin and the handle is about to fall off. I won’t be using it. Do not waste your money on this company!

I’ve had a horrible experience with them. My cup came and the design was crooked and cheap looking and the cup was advertised as a Stanley Cup, but it is not at all. It’s not even near the quality of a Stanley cup. It does not keep the drink cold it does nothing and does not look like a Stanley cup. I asked for help or compensation on this or to send back because it has my name on it. They will not take it back and they offered me a 20% refund. I’ve now told them that I expect a 40% refund or I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I will update this review if I hear something different as of this point I would give them less than one star.

My dad loves the cup. I got it for him for Father’s Day
