I ordered a memory book, note stand & pen for a funeral. It was very well packaged and delivered quickly by Royal Mail.
The book is beautiful quality and well worth the price.

These albums are beautiful. I have ordered three albums from this company (two generic and one bespoke (a personalised wedding album)). They arrive beautifully packaged and the quality stands out from the start. I love the semi transparent leaves between each page. I bought some white photo corners separately and the final result is very effective. Don’t hesitate!

Gave my data and phone number to a tenant who’s be stalking me ‘by accident’ seriously dangerous the lack of data protection when housing vulnerable people!

I purchased a”traditional photo album” from this company which turned out to be a scrapbook. The book simply has white card pages and is NOT a photo album.
I got in touch with the company with regards to the false advertising. Their response did not demonstrate any signs of good customer service. Although they offered a refund I did not take this option as their refund policy involves repackaging the item and a visit to the post office which is time consuming for me.

Please avoid this product from the company.

I ordered a photo book and when I saw the estimated delivery date, I was a little concerned whether it would arrive in time. I emailed Victoria and had prompt responses ensuring it would arrive on time. It did! I am extremely pleased with it and packaging etc was great too.
