Received this item and was damaged, I sent it back and received a new one and this one was damaged as well. Only came with polystyrene on the top and bottom and one layer of bubble wrap around the ball, so was all damaged on the sides, poor packaging for delivery. Was offered a full refund when sending the product back or a $20 reimbursement.
