No claim so can’t comment on that
Easy to set up and take out, annoying you can only do full months and why it’s 4 stars not 5 as it should be able to work to set dates like other insurance does. Most storage places work on weekly or 4 weekly so you can end up with a policy for weeks longer than is needed and also if you need it for longer you have to take out a new policy and pay the admin charge again. I didn’t need to make a claim so cannot comment on it they are any good in that instance.
