This is my first time using this company. Their prices are very good. Initially I found the filling of the form online was frustrating however, after contacting Store Insure and spoke to a very pleasant man named John, who patiently helped me to navigate the form, I was finally able to complete it.

Great price, easy process and flexible policy.

You would have received a 5, but your website is frustrating to use. In particular, the menu page which disappears the moment one attempts to scroll down. Also downloading of the policy section does not give clear download instructions.

Been using Store-Insure for a couple of years now. A little hiccup when renewing this time round but sorted next working day. Will renew again next year.
