Storage King took over the RoboVault facility with which we have maintained a storage space for years. In the process, their billing ran afoul of our autopay credit card and they never bothered to let us know by email that there was a problem. Instead, they started adding late fees. The email they sent to announce the takeover falsely claimed you could manage your account online on their website, but there is no such feature. You have to actually call in and speak with the very rude and inflexible manager on site. We called them to fix autopay as soon as we found out, but the manager refused to waive a measly $10 in late fees even though we were re-establishing autopay. All they care about is getting your money. If you want respectful, customer-friendly service, or a modern online self-service, go elsewhere!

They took over robovault in Fort Lauderdale without telling their customers till it was already done, website has changed, I couldn't log in for ages to my account , I'm getting random emails now telling me they are charging me $0 (yes zero) for my storage unit but they ARE going to charge me insurance (I have my own insurance).. . And I supposedly have to sign a new lease etc..??? . I'm very unhappy and may cancel my storage unit. They don't seem to know what they're doing. Robovault was so awesome I loved that team of people ... I am not a fan of this new company storageking or how they treat customers.

Everything was great. I had no trouble whatsoever. However I think the admin fee that is charged to open the account there is ridiculous and is nothing short of theft from the customer. It’s a disgrace and it should be discontinued. If you need that money it should be prorated across the year in the monthly rate.

Mrs. Kelly Steno, is the most helpful person through this entire moving around I've had to do. She explained everything to me to make sure I understood what she was telling me about my storage unit and the facility. It is a great pleasure meeting her to store my stuff at Storage King USA. More places should learn from her.

The facility on Mid Pine Dr in Fayetteville, NC is the absolute worst. James the Manager is rude and very unprofessional. He acts like he owns this facility. He is costing this company thousands of dollars. Stay far away from this company, as long as James works there!!

I only interacted when I was removing my vehicle. Storage King had just purchased this facility.

I found the facility and staff to be very nice. The place is kept neat and clean and is VERY secure.

Weird for me to say this, but the customer service at this location is hands-down outstanding. I selected the unit because of a groupon code literally just looking for the best deal. Lori, the manager, was super personable and super, super friendly. The pricing is very competitive with other units. I stored household goods here for almost two and a half years. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone in need of storage units.

Staff was really friendly and went the extra mile to help us find the appropriate space for us. They explained the terms and conditions and showed us our storage space. It was a really pleasant experience with them and we are so glad we chose Storage King!

My initial meeting was awesome. So friendly and clean i was completely satisfied.
