Friendly, Flexible, and Secure Storage
I’ve had a really positive experience with Storage King at Windsor Gardens. I’ve been using them to store my furniture and household items, and the whole process has been easy and stress-free. The staff are genuinely friendly, approachable, and always willing to help.
The facility feels secure and well-maintained, with strong security systems in place, which gives me real peace of mind knowing my belongings are safe.

Needs A bit more Availability
It was convenient, they had a cheap offer.
What was bad was, although our last day fell on the weekend and when we went to collect it, we were locked out. And no one was reachable over the weekend which caused a lot of inconvenience. Next Monday they did allow us to collect, but we had to pay for an extra day. They did give us a free courtesy van for the items though, so I didn't have to pay the movers again (they were to pickup on the weekend). So beware that even if you inform them you are taking things out on a Saturday, they won't be around and you will be locked out.

Prompt professionally managed w temp control and well-secured storage. They’ll organise your insurance and supply gear to help like trolleys and packing gear. All for convenience and ease at a stressful time. I’m new to Australia and this site is great as close to the GC tourist area. They even arrange insurance. It’s all been pretty easy and peace of mind. Only negative (if that) is place is huge.

I have used Storage King in the past
I have used Storage King in the past, and to use it again was easy and stress free. Staff used my details from last time, allowed me to move the items into storage using their truck, and everything has gone without a hitch. Would recommend to family and friends any day. Jo xxx

Good and friendly service
Good and friendly service , but felt it a bit inkind that when I said 2 days into the monthly contract that I no longer needed the space , that I still had to pay for the entire month with no discount . This was rather harsh treatment .
