Lift broken, door faulty, emergency contact unreachable
When arriving to storage unit Sunday the lift was broken and we contacted the emergency contact number but they did not answer and never called back. We had to take everything upstairs. Upon arriving at the unit it appeared that someone had tampered with the lock and we could not open door. There were many questionable characters hanging around the building and it felt scary to even be there.

I have been really happy with the service I have received at Storage King, Kingston, Qld. The staff are always willing to assist with any matter that may come up. The property is clean and well maintained. The storage area is always very clean with no rubbish laying around. I am happy to recommend Storage King Kingston as a preferred storage facility.
