Very friendly staff who went out their way to explain about their storage facilities, especially the security systems in place. Even showed what would happen if someone opened your door without you knowing. Very comprehensive tour and detailed showing of how to access the facilities using security codes.

I was not at all familiar with the facility and the manager (Kas?) was very patient and polite in familiarising me with procedure and layout of the premises. She also provided guidance re the purchase of boxes and a lock.
