First time experience 🙂 signing up was a breeze and easy. Dealing with the main boss Alan, he made the process really simple and quick. He was very informative and explained everything clearly. Even made a couple of jokes. Also his work colleague had tried to call me to offer help as well which was nice. Very good 2 man team.

Unfortunately the unit I had booked was too small, but thank goodness a larger replacement was found by staff at Remuera branch

The gentleman on the front desk and on the phone are very polite and helpful.

I love that Alan at Storage King was super flexible about the space I needed for my stuff - I did change my mind once on site, and he was happy to show me spaces, and let me determine what suited my needs.
Super clear on the terms and very helpful with anything I needed.
Loved the experience - hope to be a customer for a while!

Great to deal with, lovely staff. Easy to do paperwork. Very clean and so good to be able to buys storages boxes, bubble wrap/tape etc.Feels very secure to leave our belongings in storage. Highly recommend using Storage King!!!!!

I have made a couple of visits to Storage King Remuera and found the staff there helpful and informative. This is my first experience of storage companies and I would use them again, if necessary.

Storage King Remuera is actually Storage King Glen Innes. Guess it doesn't sound as classy as Storage King GI. Remees is a better class environment hu....
Anyhow, went back in to sort out additional payments that weren't clearly explained to me, although they were on the contract once i looked for them but being too busy and......Be honest and up front and explain and include all payments verbally so that we know what the costs are not find out later. Have got a monthly Cleaning Fee $15, Insurance to $5.000 at $12.50 per month -Already have Home Contents. Was told initially that it was optional, but that then comes down to he said she said...Swipe Card Access $5 monthly. You use a Key Pad ?????Went in on Tuesday, 23 May, to get clarification. Didn't get it and was threatened by Mandy that if I didn't pay on time then the goods would be auctioned. Great way to deal with people hu! It's not so much about what people do it's about how they leave you feeling. Would have still agreed if everything was up front and explained but to get the afterburners is typical of a lot of business today. A feeling of dishonesty...I will pass my experience onto others I meet

Making the reservation for the storage unit was super easy by telephone. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, and were able to answer all my questions. I was given a perfect small unit just near the entrance and it all worked out as planned. I would give a big thank you to the very helpful staff.

Rented 2mx2m space in Glen innes. Was told that they was a promo 25% discount for first two months. Thought i heard $220 per month and $29 Admin Fee. Get back to the office and it becomes $260 per month and $39 Admin Fee.A lock was included but i wasn't given an option. Paid $258.40 when should have paid $245.90. When they did the calculations they said that they had added in $12.50 Insurance, which i wouldn't want as i have my own. Rang them and was concerned about the Red Flags i was getting. Told that two people check it and that they were about to do this. They said the the promo had been running for 10 days. My reply was that it should have automatically set this up in their computer system. Got lotsa oooohs and aaaarsss. Also told that a Automatic Payment Form would be sent to me. Turns out it is a Direct Debit. Asked Mandy if she knew the difference? Got the fob off because she didn't want to know or was evading the question. Rang the next day to get another quote. Not told about promo. Admin Fee is $20. Getting a lock is and extra cost. Went ahead with it because i was stuck for time but not happy. They don't seem to have a standard process.....

The staff were very courteous and helpful. Customer service was great especially from Savannah.
