Excellent service, they provide clear information on what they offer and prices are quite competitive. I loved hiring the complimentary truck, it was extremely useful as I had no bigger vehicles or trailer to move my stuff. Highly recommended!

I had given all the information required for a unit and the one assigned was not appropriate as I was storing a motorcycle and was required to take it down a hallway, The young lady on the day I came in was very helpful and showed me another lock up which was perfect. But the price for such a small lock up was so expensive at $250 per month. I had my motorcycle stored for less than a week. But I understand I could have used it for 4 weeks.

It was an excellent experience, I was very impressed by the staff whom help me get sorted.

Staff were really helpful when I needed to move in outwith office hours! Storage spaces easy to find and appeared clean and tidy. Only used for a few weeks in between moving but will definitely use in future if needed.

The storage unit is clean and dry. It’s a bit dark in there, but I can use my phone torch. The day I joined up the lady behind the counter was talking on the phone in another language and made no effort to acknowledge me. She talked for about 5 minutes before finally finishing her phone call and serving me. I was very disappointed ☹️ with her behaviour. However I really needed to get an storeage unit so I waited. If I had any other options I would not have waited.

Friendly, helpful staff who made the whole sign up process very easy. Great facilities which are kept in very good working condition and most importantly the monthly cost to keep my items securely stored is great value for money.

My storage unit is great. Love the security. Ease of client access and it's 'inside' which is great.

Overall a good experience, most info relayed to me, although i wasnt told about one free load in truck, or free trailor. Havnt been told details about movers you have available or recommended, but ive heard rummour you work with a moving company. Staff are very friendly & helpful and top marks for the security and pest control.
